Sep 22,2023Looked at lights in shop but one on display was broken girl told us we could do it online so got 2 lights, got the lights very quickly but on opening one was broken and the other one didn’t feel great either so took them back to shop , these things happen so it wouldn’t stop me from shopping there , not got money back yet but will go back to shop when get money back

Part of our purchase was online, and that was let down by DPD Courier who seemed to lose the parcel, but helpful and sympathetic staff at Pagazzi headquarters sent us a replacement which arrived a week after the initial order.

The light fitting in question although absolutely stunning, did have a slight defect, due to this being a end of line item, a replacement was unfortunately not available. Michael in the customer care team, went above and beyond to offer advice, and a number of options. In the end a very positive outcome was made. Thank you Michael for all your efforts.

We bought a lot of new lightings and mirrors from pagazzi and were really happy with everything we got so we also decided to go ahead to buy furniture i e: 4 seated marble dining table from them. We bought it in july, they told that it had just been delivered from their warehouse but the chairs would be arriving a week later. We were happy with that so purchased it. They never arrived. This was July. Now it's been almost 2 months, and still they have no clue when the chairs are arriving. We have been continuously requesting them to at least give us a date, or give us some other chairs, but nothing. They are too stubborn to help us in this regard. It was such an expensive piece of furniture and they are too stubborn to escalate this. Mentally exhausting it is now.

From the moment we entered the store Tracey gave us time to browse the very well presented lights in her store and went out of her way to answer all our questions, so much so that we have returned twice to buy more lights and tables.
