Sep 14,2023I've had good experiences at the Inverness store but when I bought 4 lights on line, images of light bulbs came on the same page. I wrongly assumed the bulbs were what was needed for the spotlights and I ordered them. They are the wrong type of bulbs and I feel mislead. Now I'll have to try and change them or have a refund. Not a happy experience.

Sep 12,2023Adin Pendant Light- Loved the look of the light but build quality and packaging poor. Inspected at point of purchase at 2 different stores and both were marked or damaged. Ordered 1 online and guess what, it was the same so have had to return this light and waiting for a refund.

Sep 12,2023Specifications online said bulbs come included but this wasn't the case as there were no bulbs. A lot of money for the light fitting for not a lot of product, mainly plastic parts. Specifications stated that light fitting could be hung up to a metre but there isn't a metre in cable length to do so.

Sep 05,2023The staff in the Dunfermline branch are amazing. I wanted 2 ceiling lights that were being discontinued. They sourced a second one for me in the Perth branch. The 2 staff who were on even wrote out directions for me and took the one light which is very big to my car. They are just so friendly and helpful I would so recommend going to this shop. The products are just great. My lights are great and so unusual. I am delighted
