Sep 03,2023Website is good but going to the Bolton Store, hardly any stock of what I wanted so I had to source elsewhere and the company therefore lost income - The Manager was excellent at Bolton but I understand he has now moved on - This review should not deter anyone to visit the stores or purchase online - good company

Sep 02,2023Ordering was very straightforward and delivery on time. Items look very nice, just a couple of minor issues. One of the ceiling lights connector blocks was covered by the fixed cabling, I had to move the internal cable to gain access to allow the main ceiling cabling to be connected. The table lamp shade connection ring is too big for the lighting attachment. The shade kept falling down the light socket. In removing it off the small lip on the light attachment snapped despite being careful. I had to improvise and use a plastic ring over the light socket and fix the shade over that. All looks good now and I would recommend Paggazzi and will use them again despite these small problems.

Sep 02,2023The main reason I’m disappointed with this lamp is because it should be so much better for the price. 6 reasons not to buy: 1) takes ages to self assemble 2) once assembled if you slightly catch it you’ll spend 10 minutes resetting the decorative scrolls 3) no bulbs supplied you’ll need to spend another eye watering £20 for 4 G9 bulbs 4) the minimum rated bulbs available make this lamp too bright 5) it’s not dimmerble 6) it’s too big to be a lamp. A lighting specialist would know all these issues, if it was an eBay purchase at 1/4 of the price, I’d be ok with it- but with bulbs this has cost £120 (for a lamp)

Aug 27,2023Online ordering smooth, next day delivery brilliant with good communication. Lights are really very good and bright with G9 LED 600K cool white and dimmable. Attaching the bulb holder is fiddly (the thin screw insert being permanently attached would help) but ok with patience . Would definitely recommend PAGAZZI especially with 25% discount. Telling everyone good things about them.
