May 01,2024Not only can we view, touch and see products in store but the staff were very accommodating, without whom we would have bought the wrong bulbs. we had already bought the wrong wall lights on line and had to return them which was time consuming and costly.

Apr 30,2024Staff were excellent, demonstrating alternative shades and bulbs to allow us to see if the lights were right for us. Didn’t seem put out by our indecision. Held onto the lights until the following day as we were staying over in town and didn’t want to leave the lights on show in the car. Helped load the lights into the car. When we got home, 2hrs away from the store, there was an issue with one of the lights. Contacted the store and the manager made arrangements for us to collect an exchange from a store closer to home. Would have given 4*, but felt that that would have been mean as the fault was a manufacturing one, and the other that we got the same was spot on.

The shop assistants took a lot of time to help me, answering all sorts of questions as I hunted for what I wanted. They have a huge range of high quality products at good prices. They also went out of their way to find out some obscure details. Products delivered quickly and very well wrapped.

Apr 27,2024Purchased a table from this company in early February, when we got the table home it was badly scratched, we returned to the store the next day to complain and took pictures to show the damage, we were told they would look into it, I received a phone call 2 weeks later to say they were going to replace the table, 8 weeks later we are still waiting on the table, we contacted them to be told the table was at the warehouse waiting to be delivered to the store, 2 weeks later we received a phone call to say it had arrived, they wouldn't deliver it free of charge for all the hassle they caused we had to pick it up. We have spent a lot of money over the years with this company and would expect better treatment,the managment is useless we spoke to 2 differant people on seperate occasions of which one was a manager we had to keep chasing them up. Sorry you have lost our custom and we won't be buying from you again.

Apr 23,2024I wanted to buy 3 of the same lights, but only 2 were showing in stock. I called customer services and spoke to a most helpful Scottish lady. She managed to source another light and even arranged for the parcel to be delivered on a different date so that we were not away on holiday. She could not have been more thoughtful or helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I could not recommend highly enough and have rarely had such good customer service.
