Apr 23,2024Prompt service , very helpful. I purchased a set of 3 lights for my Kitchen 4 Years ago . 1 of my glass shades had broken .I was told to send a picture and they would reply . They replied very quickly , the replacement was ordered and delivered within a few days . Excellent Customer Service.

Apr 18,2024We ordered 2 ceiling lights in preparation for room being painted. Stupidly, didn't open both boxes and when electrician arrived to fit one was damaged. Contacted Pagazzi and within 48 hours had a replacement. Once fitted we noticed one was brighter than the other - contacted again and issue was resolved - it was user error this time. Helen and Louise in customer services went above and beyond to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. Have used several times now online and in store and will not buy lighting from anywhere else.

Apr 14,2024I cannot praise the Customer Service Department at Pagazzi highly enough. I bought a Pagazzi Floor lamp over ten years ago. I recently knocked it over and broke one of the ice cubes. I contacted Pagazzi. They were able to dispatch a replacement cube within 24 hours. Brilliant service. Couldn’t ask for more.
