Oct 20,2023Paintnuts rectified an order which was incorrect, once the this was brought to their attention they immediately offered a refund or a free reorder. I asked for the reorder and this was done hassle free and with assurance. It wasn’t a big order but the principal of acknowledging a mistake and making it right was refreshing especially these days when a lot of companies are as awkward as they can be where their customers are concerned. Oct 20,2023The perfect colour match doesn’t match at all. Instead of a metallic green, I received silver. I managed to buy a real colour match from another company including primer and top coat for half the price of the paintnut colour. Don’t waste your money!

Thanks to some kids around where I live, they decided that my car would look so much better with chipped paint on the bumper and nearside wing. It took a few coats but I'm so happy with the outcome. Not only did this work, my car looks back to the way it should.

Oct 09,2023The colour did not match. The only way to know if the colour is correct is to use the paint. But then it's to late, so don't bother using this company, find the right code for the paint you want, don't rely on them to supply the right colour with your registration number. Also I paid £25 for there paint, I found the right colour and same ammount at Chip Fix Autopaint for £14.

Sep 26,2023One of the worst companies for custom mixed paint spray, I ordered on the basis of my registration spray for my car, after a short time I received an e-mail from Paintnuts that they have a shade of color that matches the color code of my car, so I ordered it and paid after the application spray, I couldn't believe my eyes how much the color from the spray does not match the original color of my car, I was completely disgusted because the preparation of the car took more than an hour, I proceeded as professionally as possible, everything was fine until the moment of applying the Paintnuts spray, the color was brighter than the metallic parts there should be they weren't, so the color was presented as black, nothing helped even the application of lacquer, in the end I had to remove the entire sprayed part, even when I showed professional car painters the result, they also confirmed that the spray does not match the original color of the car at all!! after explaining the situation to the Paintnuts company, I received several e-mails where they demanded evidence, they wanted photo documentation, which I provided, then they wanted more photos at their request, and they always had some new demands, and then I said enough is enough because I understood that the Paintnuts company has no interest in a refund their clients, I will always complain about something. In the end, I called the Paintnuts company, to my surprise, when I asked to contact the complaint department, the lady on the phone told me that she was the complaint department, then she asked me for my ID number, and after provided ID number, it turned out that the person I'm on the phone with is the same person who sent me those stupid e-mails with stupid requests Paintnuts is a company that under no circumstances wants to refund you at all the worst company I've ever seen I warn everyone avoid this company you'll never see your money back they just mix paint completely wrong and after presenting evidence that clearly proves that the color is not matching, the money will not be returned to you.One of worst experience ever advisor was rude and unhelpful I offered them several times I will send them spray back and they can do their own investigation what results must be same as mine but long time they just ignored it only after phone call they agreed but I have to pay for return postage!!!!because they are not doing it this is perfect proof that this company not counting with refund so they asking me to get lost more money then just for spray because I cannot trust this company anymore that they do honest investigation I know even now that their investigation finish that everything is ok nothing wrong is with spray because simply they refusing pay you refund!!!!

Sep 15,2023Wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money 😡 Put my registration in and it found the car so I ordered a touch up Pen. The pen arrived quickly but it's totally the wrong colour .. My car is light silver but the touch up is a dark silver and totally does not match .. Don't bother with this company .

Sep 14,2023Ordered a matching paint bundle and a scratch-removal kit. First, some items from my order were missing, so had to contact customer support. They processed a partial refund for the missing product, but it was all done automatically and they didn't even send an apology. Next thing, the paint doesn't match at all. It is MUCH darker than the actual color, instead of being grey/silver it's dark grey, almost black. Using the color code they "matched" the paint for me I ordered a new touch-up pen from a different seller on eBay and it was a perfect match. I sent an email to customer support once more, with all the info and even pictures comparing both colors, and got an automatic reply saying they would respond within 1 working day, but it's been almost a week and no reply. Really disappointed with this service and the products. Don't waste your time buying from them. Judging by other comments seems there is a high chance your paint won't match. Now I will have to spend more time removing the paint that I already applied and didn't match, and then re-applying a new paint that is actually matching

Over the years I have had paint from a couple of your competitors and it was never quite right, match wise but yours was spot on! As soon as I applied it, it disappeared into the original surrounding paint seamlessly. A job to tell where the touch up was! So thank you!
