May 03,2023As many other reviews state, this company and staff appear to be ok untill you have any sort of problem with their paint and then the true colours or not so true (if the buyer) come out. Accused me of pulling the wool over their eyes to try and get free paint although I sent all the correct codes and pictures of their wrong supplied paint on my car once used. Beware of fake reviews on here but please feel free to contact me and paintnuts for both sides (Ash 07740981968) I am also happy to share all information including pictures clearly showing fault if it helps anyone. If you have fallen into the trap and already have dealings with this company then you maybe able to relate to this….. The staff do not want to let you have your say are rude, dismissive and want to get you off the phone as quick as possible stating they will call you back if you provide pictures via email. In this case be persistent and make them stay on the phone while you do so as it actually has a satisfactory twist in hearing them at the other end squirming while your making them listen to how they have affected you, ripping you off and trying to get out of any sort of a refund. There are places which will use a machine to get you a much better paint match as I would not wish anyone to have to deal with these people like I have.

Apr 24,2023I've been in the vehicle body repair business for 50 years and I've never seen aerosol quality like this. Their aerosols are thicker and have a much better spread than anything I've used previously. The paint match is spot on. Their customer service is top drawer, I wish I had found them years ago. Highly recommend this company and their products

Apr 22,2023After getting my bike frame renovated in a 3 coat pearlescent paint, I decided that some touch up would be a good idea. I ordered what I thought I needed and got it wrong so contacted the help team, who asked for pics and within 2 days sorted the right bottle of paint at no extra cost. My experience with this company was excellent.

Apr 13,2023For some reason this firm has some horrific reviews. I only chanced upon them after I had ordered some paint from them. In the event the product arrived within the window given even allowing for a long bank holiday weekend. The colour appears bang on which surprised me because it’s a kind of metallic orange. I’ve done a test patch and it covers well. I know there is no smoke without fire but I have no idea where all these negative reviews have come from, I’m very happy with this product and the service.

I Would 100% recommend paintnuts Some say they are nuts about paint ! And I’d agree ! Awesome company and fantastic communication too ! 10 out of 10 from me

Apr 12,2023We recently bought a car and when we asked about some touch up paint we were told it was not available, which seemed a bit bizarre. After using the site Fiat recommended it confirmed what the agent said about it not being available. Had a look on line ,found Paintnuts and the process could not have been easier, just entered the registration of the car and within seconds it told us the colour which they could mix for us . Ordered some , opted for the express delivery and it was with us next day. Absolutely brilliant as I hate having a new car without touch up paint due to the state of some of our roads. Apr 07,2023I bought a BMW with some half done work with primer on all four fenders and the rear bumper. I didn't want to spend a lot of money painting the entire car which could have cost me about £1000. So checked online and found PaintNuts. Read some of the reviews and figured it was probably a case of some people not following instructions or providing wrong car colour. Anyway, I reached out to BMW, got the exact colour code and then reached out to Paintnuts. The customer service was excellent. We discussed the details, I provided my plate number and colour code provided by BMW. I decided to spend about £51 on the aerosols - primer ( i didn't need this, but I decided to get it in case), the actual paint, Lacquer, surface cleaner and scrubber which I probably didn't need as well. So, ideally I should have only spent around £31, however, I have kept these remaining aerosols and parts including the remaining paint . Anyway, I followed the instructions and guess what? It was a perfect job!! The colour blended perfectly, you wouldn't even notice work was done as the colour blended perfectly well. I would definitely recommend paintnuts. Thanks.

Apr 05,2023So so happy with the product! Delivery is a little slow- However, it does have to be mixed specially & it came on time as they said. I reversed my car into my house one night after a long shift & ordered the smallest bottle of paint to cover up. I knew the texture would be different, but worried about the paint match on a 10 year old red car. However, the paint match is amazing! I used to stare at the scratch whenever I walked over to my car, but now it’s only noticeable if you’re up close (purely due to the texture change) Paint has also covered the many stone chips on my car & other bits of damage previous owners have done. Thankyou for giving my old car a little spruce up! tldr: (It’s paint, not a miracle, & those wanting pristine effects should take their car to a professional- but for an at home diy I think it works well!)

Fortunately I tested the colour first and despite the promise of a complete match for the colour formula specified for my vehicle, the version supplied was more of a deep grey rather than the silver it was supposed to have been. A very expensive little bottle of useless paint.

Mar 12,2023I ordered some touch up paint for 2 cars, the quality of the paint was beyond amazing. The paint was so spot on I genuinely was stunned. I highly recommend Paintnuts to anybody looking to for a paint match. Extremely simple, only took was my car reg and arrived 5 days later. For the price & quality I don’t think you can get much better. 10/10 experience.

Mar 03,2023Absolutely Awful AVOID AT ALL COST Ordered spray paint kit and separate touch up. They did not arrive. Contacted paint nuts and they said probably got lost and committed to redo and send by courier. Advised by courier they would deliver then failed to deliver. After 2 weeks, contacted paint nuts and advised I could not wait any longer and wanted a refund. I advised them I must now order paint elsewhere. They did not reply to 6 emails. Eventually they just refused refund. Defensive, obstructive and unhelpful. 65% of trustpilot reviews for this company are 1 star. That says it all. Personally I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

Feb 21,2023DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I called on the 7/12/2022, I purchased 2 items one which I didn’t receive and the touch up paint which I did receive was completely the wrong colour to my car, I’ve rang several times and spoke to Sam and another lady who was very unhelpful and rude. I was told on the 7/12/2022 I would get a refund for the missing item and 3 months on still haven’t received it. Absolutely awful customer service for the sake of a £14 refund . Problem still not resolved
