Sep 08,2023Entered registration into the search on their site and it said they had a match on the colour (it's an old car so the colour isn't on the car itself). Because they said they had a match I placed an order, but a few days later I had an email from them saying they couldn't match the colour. Complete waste of time.

Sep 08,2023Don't bother. Dreadful colour match, not even anywhere near close and it is only a simple solid white colour which should be easy to match. They fobbed me off saying that it was the same colour as a different one from a different car manufacturer (which was on the label) and told me to blend it but it was WAY too different to consider trying to blend it. It was about as close as magnolia is to brilliant white. Absolute waste of time and money. To be fair, their communication was good, but the message was loud and clear "tough sh#t". I wasn't after a refund, or even a free replacement, I JUST WANTED THE RIGHT COLOUR.

Sep 06,2023Touch up pen arrived promptly. BMW Estoril Blau metalic was a perfect match ( the first coat looked a bit dark but second coat great). My pen nib blocked easily and it's hard finding a wire fine enough to free it, so I ended up just putting a blob from the brush onto a surface and dabbing the nib into it, which was fine.

Sep 05,2023Ordered online, as car is two coloured and nowhere to say which colour was needed I telephoned and was assured that it would be the main colour of blue. Black arrived a few days later. I telephoned again and a very apologetic man said their fault and immediately sent me the blue which arrived the following day.

Aug 31,2023If I could give no stars I would have. Put the registration of my car in THEY matched the make model and colour. Received product.. Wrong colour. Phoned company and explained the circumstances I was asked to send photos of car , as far as they are concerned I ordered the colour so it's my fault how on earth could I know the colour that's what I wanted to know by providing my reg no ..I was told I must have clicked on something by mistake 😤purchase another...Cost to me another £17.98... no way Jose buyers beware. Ps I was informed this has happened to other unsuspecting customers ...no refund tuff basically

Aug 30,2023Surprised at all the negative comments. My colour match was perfect and applied very smoothly without drips. Cannot tell where the original paint ends and the applied aerosol starts. I'm with the experienced body shop man who was more than satisfied with his results. So am I and would certainly recommend from my experience.

Aug 18,2023Ordered the bundle. Colour was not a match mine is pearly metallic silver. Silver was sent but as instructions stated paint is darker when wet I applied as stated. All scratches look worse than before. I will have to save up and get it to the body shop. Waste of my hard earned cash. So disappointed. I waited since June to do it due to working shifts and wish I hadn’t bothered now.

Aug 17,2023Having ordered spray from another company and spending a half day repairing a door panel the colour match was totally wrong. So I ordered from paint nutz as I previously did when repairing my other car and the colour match was perfect. So this supplier gets a massive thumbs up from me.

Aug 10,2023Gave them reg number etc . Finally received my order .. ffs .nowhere near the same colour I'd be better off with a pot of nail varnish .. . Yes I shook the bottle .yes I went on the site on how to apply .. stevie wonder could of got a colour closer to my paint colour . .. my advice to potential customers... keep away .. expensive crap .

Aug 08,2023Takes too long for delivery, from ordering to delivery. Ordered on 1st of August, got an e-mail on the 7th to say my order was on it's way and would take 2 to 3 days to reach me. So from ordering to delivery its going to take approximately ten days. Not good enough. There are better touch up paint suppliers out there. Disappointed , avoid.

Jul 21,2023I entered my number plate in order for them to colour match my car, and ordered the paint pen to fix a small scratch. After following their instructions to shake it for 5 minutes etc I applied the paint pen. Unfortunately, the colour did not match and now it looks even worse than before. I contacted Paint Nuts who was quite good at replying, but they admitted the colour doesn't always match, would have been helpful to know this at the start. I'll give them credit for their response time and the refund but I'm still left with a car in a worse state than before which is now going to cost me even more to repair.
