Feb 04,2025High-priced but low quality. Customer service is barely existent. Will not take responsibility for poor quality or poor alterations. Measurements are missed by a few inches but Panash will not accept returns or refunds. Beware of of nice photos, products don’t match.

Feb 04,2025The item when it arrived was very nice nd beautifully packaged. A little adjustment needed but otherwise pretty much as online photo. Very good communication. However, being in the uk, I’d advise ordering well in advance as it took nearly a month to arrive.

I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful necklace, but what i received was far from my expectations. Not only did the necklace arrive damaged, but the quality was shockingly subpar. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it felt like a complete scam. I expected so much more from a company claiming to sell quality jewelry. It’s hard to describe how disheartening it is to open a package, filled with excitement, only to find a damaged item that looks like it should be in a bargain bin. I’m incredibly disappointed with my entire experience. I had hoped to find a reliable online jewelry store, but instead, I was met with shoddy merchandise and appalling customer service. I will be sharing this experience with others and will not be purchasing from these scamers again. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Feb 21,2025I appreciated the “ships in X days” descriptor of each item on the website as it ensured that I could receive my item by the date that I required. I wish that there was an option to select multiple “ships in X days” instead only being restricted to one per filter. The product arrived in a timely manner, was in excellent condition and was very beautiful. The sizing was inaccurate - I ordered a size 38 (US size 10) since it was the smallest size available, as I normally wear US size 6/8 for the top. The top that was sent was almost too tight despite it being larger than my usual size. I knew that the skirt would be slightly too big but the skirt was unusually too large despite being only 1 size too big. I was able to fix this issue by taking in the band myself. The skirt length was perfect even (my height 5’8” + 3” heels) Overall, I would size up for tops and order your usual size for the skirt.
