Jul 13,2023Communication was good, quality of the garment and fit was good. The sleeves were not lined as shown in the photo which didn't allow me to use the garment as intended, had to wear a different dress inside to line it, so this was a major issue for me. Would appreciate a resolution on this, such as some material which matches the mint colored inner dress which I could use to make sleve liners myself. It should have been there in the first place so I do not expect to be charged for this remedy. Thank you!

I keep getting mails to review the products, however almost a month after I was promised to receive items, they have yet to be shipped and are still in the “processing phase”. One of the items I ordered said available to ship immediately and the other 7-10 days. Yet almost 40 days later, I’m still waiting. Very poor response from Panash as well.

Jun 08,2023Very big disappointing experience with first time use of panash. Bought a few sarees which are not of the quality as they claimed and advertised. They were mixed synthetic material instead of quality chiffon. Their description and photos were misleading and inaccurate when I received the products. I can not use them as they look so poor quality and cheap! On the top of this they put a wrong address on my parcels and even after contacting them about this they did not change and their chorister service with fed ex did the same mistake they did not change it either and hence my items were delivered at the wrong address.thanks to the person whose house they were delivered contacted me on my phone yo collect them otherwise they would be lost and Panash wouldn’t do anything about them I’m sure of after having such a pathetic experience. Never use them again!

May 31,2023I am not sure of what size to buy however I have purchased about 4 outfits and the pants are always to short. This time I got a size 42. however the pants are short and it is a very sheer fabric. I will have to do a lot of alterations on it. and add a lining. I seems to difficult to return, the first time I ordered it fit but pants still a little to short it was made from my measurements. the 2nd and 3rd time I can not wear them . They are too small, sheer and short pants.
