Apr 19,2019Would give a negative rating if I could. Worst online Indian website. I order frequently from online websites. This is the worst one I have ever used and would never use again. Completely dishonest about shipping times. Have not even bothered to acknowledge my price match guarantee request. STAY AWAY!!

Dec 20,2018I placed an order (Order#PN4401364) on November 14th -- after talking to the customer care executive. The executive promised me that the delivery will be made on or before November 23rd, which was the event date for me. With full trust I went ahead and placed the order but only to be cheated badly. The order never was delivered nor was there any response from the customer care email address or phone number. Chatted with their customer care executives 2 more times and every time the empty promises were made : order will be delivered on or before Nov 23rd. But it never was delivered. All the email queries were met with a deafening silence, all service tickets that I created were not responded. After a lot of frustration and running post to pillar, I had to resort to the social media route for eliciting a response from PanashIndia. FB messages did not work but when I wrote a public post on their FB page, they were awakened and finally refunded my money after 20 days ... And you know the reason I was given for cancelling my order : We regret to inform that the ordered item Beige Shimmer Saree With Red Art Silk Blouse (SKU: 1425SR08) didn’t pass our stringent quality checks & we are unable to dispatch the same. Hence, we are forced to cancel the shipment of the above-mentioned product. It's a pure hoax with a sophisticated website but zero customer care and no ethics at all. Please DO NOT even think of ordering anything from PanashIndia -- even if its the only site in the world remaining.

Aug 28,2018I ordered a saree on panash for my eid celebration. It was 183 dollars when i got the saree i was surprised the didn't send me the right one, i ordered pink saree they send me orange and the quality of the saree was below the standard. And i paid extra money for stitching and put a note that i dnt want backside opening but they didn't do it for me and give different size blouse. I tried to contact with them they didn't respond. When i told them i will complain my creadit card company then they respond and told me they only do refund $20 dollars for stitching. I was confused i should cry or laugh. Thay have the worst customer service. I did so many online shopping always get the product more than expected. But panash cheating on people. Please think so many time before you order anything on panash India.

Aug 07,2018I would give no stars if I could. I had ordered a salwar kameez and paid extra for customised measurements. When you add shipping and duty, it quickly adds up to an expensive affair. This would be worth it if the received shipment was actually tailored to your size (which is wasn't)! My experience with this website/company has been nothing short of plain awful. Although delivery was quick, the product was not stitched to the customised measurements I gave. After a couple of ignored emails to customer care, I was given a generic answer saying that the tailors use their best judgement to not spoil the design. I cannot agree with this since the design would not have been affected to adjust the waist, bust and length according to my specific body measurements. If anything, I believe I should have been consulted before generic measurements were used. I have since sent five other emails which are still being ignored. I have tried calling them twice and apparently my number was noted down since all agents were busy. It's been two days and no returned call. I have messaged them on Facebook and WhatsApp and am still being ignored. I am definitely not shopping here again and would not recommend this team to anyone.

Apr 26,2019If you want your order to be ignored for a month then cancelled, then order from this company. They are a waste of time, and getting information from them is worse than pulling teeth. Take your business elsewhere.
