Sep 29,2022Great quality and value! My blouses were a bit loose but can’t always get that perfect. I’m usually one that’s hesitant with online shopping but I’m really surprised at the quality of my lehenga and sari. I was very surprised by all the bad reviews on here and was initially hesitant but I’m glad I took a chance because I’ve had a pleasant experience. Will use for sure again and have referred it to friends also!

Sep 08,2022My previous review got deleted but just bad service Please improve your customer service and tracking service. Because what happened was you did not deliver an item and yet marked it as delivered. I had to claim dispute transaction to get my full refund for another item. You can try it for yourself and make your own decision. As maybe they have improved I don’t know but do give them a chance and if I were to order again i would probably go with one item at a time vs a batch order based on my previous experience

Jul 18,2022Ordered a gown, which was vastly different than it appeared online: Quality is poor, fabric is thin and glossy, the dress looks like a cheap nightdress. The color is not at all like the peach color depicted online; in real time it is a garish orange-y color. To add insult to injury, customers outside India are likely to be hit with import duties. This is NOT specified anywhere in the ordering process, at least not in any visible manner. Not only was the dress a huge disappointment, it ended up costing 50% more due to these import fees. I would not have purchased the item had I know this. Can not recommend at all.

Jun 18,2022I purchased a Saree on the 1st of June. Before going through with checkout, the website stated it takes 15 days to ship. I thought that was a fair time frame because the Saree was going to be custom made and its most likely being shipped from India. Well...it is now 18 days and after four emails to customer care concerning the status, Panashindia says the Saree is now going to the stitching process. My goodness!, its only one Saree. So they're saying it takes two and a half weeks to start stitching fabric? So what was happening the two weeks before then? Is there only one person making all the orders there? So many questions with this company and no genuine support! I needed the Saree for a special event, thats why I purchased it and now I have to find another outlet because it wont be here on time. I would be so ashamed to work for a business that's so nontransparent and unprofessional. They want your money right away but take the sweet time to give you what is rightfully yours in return. Shameful to say the least! Definitely do not waste your time and money on Panshindia.

Jun 15,2022Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I ordered for my event more than a month ahead of time, when I ordered it said that it would take 15 days to ship, which would have been more than enough time. It was getting close to the event and I still did not have my outfit. I emailed MULTIPLE times to cancel the order and request a refund as I had to find a new outfit since the Panash outfit would not have gotten to me in time. It has been about a month since my event and I STILL have not gotten this resolved as customer service continues to ignore my many requests for communication. I did end up receiving my order, five days after my event. My order is still in the box as I do not need it and still hope to return it since I requested multiple times that the order be cancelled before it shipped. TLDR; Customer service is terrible, do not order unless your event is three months out as you probably will not receive your order in time, and you will not get ANY help from customer service. Disgusted that I wasted my money.

May 14,2022Hi have ordered my kurta over 20days now. They have not even sent me dispatch email. I contacted them on whatsapp they said my order is under process. “What?” Its takes over 20 days to process and not even dispatched especially its not even customised. My event was this weekend and i have not thing to put on as they have failed to deliver. Very disappointed.

Apr 20,2022Panash India is a fraud company. I wrote many mails and they don't have any contact number. It is fraud company and i also reached out to their founder Ashish Jain who is bankcurrupt and making money by these unethical means. They did not release my refund so finally decided to file police complaint against 420 in Jaipur. I request everyone please read these reviews of any company before buying any online products. Because these days in India many fraudulent activities happening online

Mar 17,2022DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS Supplier. They will NOT supply the order, or give you a refund. I’ve been waiting since Jan 2022 for my order, only to be told it failed quality checks. They said they’ve processed a refund for the £124.22 and I’m still waiting. This site will take your money, not supply the items and you will be ripped off.

Customer service is horrible. If you dont want to waste your hard earned money. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE.

My daughter sent her measurements for a choli, and they sent an incorrect size, they didn't even ask for shoulder measurements, and are unwilling to work with us to adjust it or return the item. We are very disappointed! I would NOT recommend them. Panash is a joke!! Horrible company!! Shop at your risk!

Jan 15,2022They supplied defective torn material. They take 5-7 days to reply your concern . You can write your grievances through email only. FINALY OUR SUPPLIED MATERIAL GOT RETURNED AND LOST . NO REFUND NO REPLACE . IT SEEMS THEY ARE SELLING 2ND HAND MATERIAL OR REFURBISHED CLOTHS . AND THEY HAVE TENDENCY TO KEEP CUSTOMER MONEY .
