Nov 13,2019I ordered a dress and it’s been so long it hasn’t arrived arrived!!! I sent multiple emails to customer service asking when it will come or at least a refund even, but no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I have bought multiple suits from utsavfashion and they are much much more professional.

Nov 11,2019It’s been more than a month now and nobody got in touch with me about the suit i want to return. I sent at least 20 emails.Very disrespectful.HORRIBLE customer service.They don’t deserve any stars. I am sure they look at the comments but they still dont care to call or email the person. People get attracted to the price and the pictures but God forbid something goes wrong with the order then you are stuck. And the hidden fee is when you pay customs..delivery is NOT free. So if you live in Canada you are looking @ $70 custom fees. I will make sure that i write and inform people about this website.

I called the customer support immediately and they walked me through the entire return procedure with perfect courtesy, I got the replacement just yesterday and it was simply perfect. Sep 20,2019My best friend is getting married this winter in all the Indian wedding extravaganza. I as the maid of honor was given the responsibility of selecting the bridesmaid dresses. Never having worn an Indian dress I was out of my wit and was seriously considering my friends in India as the last resort. But before reaching out to them I did a short research online, and there I found Panash India. The prices and collection seemed too good to be true, But I took a chance and ordered one really pretty dress of what they call a 'silk lehenga choli' with these beautiful floral embroideries. And the dress was simply amazing. All the other bridesmaids have loved it, and I have placed the order for four more. Kudos Panash team!

Sep 10,2019This is a fake site. I believe all the good reviews are fake. I ordered a suit with the stitching. They did not stitch it the way I told them. Moreover the colour was totally different than what they displayed. I was still okay with the color but the stitching was completely of no use. I wrote to them hundreds of time to help me but they their customer service is so terrible. They somehow finally responded after 5 weeks. Then they agreed to refund the amount once I return them the product. I quickly returned them the product which they confirmed that they have received . It has been 2 months now but I still haven't received my refund back. No body is responding to my emails. I have messaged them on Instagram too which they are reading but still not responding. So long story short, they took my money and my clothes and cheated me. Please dont order from this site. They are fake. It's really really pathetic what they did to me. This site should be banned!!!!

Jul 04,2019Don’t use this site! The customer service response was terrible. I ordered for a wedding one month in advance and received the clothes 2 months after. I ordered a gold top with teal lengha and was sent a white cheap terrible material choli with the teal lengha. And then when you try to contact them they don’t respond.

Jun 21,2019I complained straight away after receiving my product which was a sari. I requested a refund & go no respond at all until today, which is 2 weeks later. The product had burnt roses on the sari & the customised blouse was not customised to the size I requested. They sent me a pathetic email after two weeks saying that they did a thorough check (complete lies) & that they cannot help me at all. How absolutely disgusting - never order from here. They don't even deserve the one star.

Jun 01,2019Worst online store ever!!!! I have been calling all the numbers presented here for literally 100s of times, and dozens of emails. NO RESPONSE. Customer is treated like trash. If your order is time sensitive, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT THIS SITE. They are huge disappointment. I normally do not write negative reviews, but their response pushed me to. They do not know what is the meaning of “customer is VALUABLE to us”. After 26days of continuous calls everyday and not one call picked up, I’m receiving a simple WhatsApp message saying “we regret we cannot fulfil your order due to time constraints”. Hey why don’t you tell me that? Why keep us waiting ? Talk to the customer that will help, not ignoring them. Since I was typing and it took 3 mins to respond, they sent me “we are waiting for your response to proceed “ are you kidding me ? The review must be negative and BEWARE of these horrible people.

However, she loved the lehenga which is why we are happy. Please work on your shipping services, everything else was good. staff was polite and kept us informed so I can reconsider.

I want to refund them, and I am so glad your site has replaced those pieces with my new orders. I must say Panash India have a good collection of ethnic styles.. will buy more soon.

Feb 19,2020Hello All, I ordered two outfits for my husband and myself on sunday 09/02/20 from the uk. After ordering, as i wasn't sure about Panash, i came to read all the reviews. They were all so bad that i really got panicked as i spent over £100 for both. I sent 2-3 emails but no response. Today 19/02/20, i received both outfits and to be honest, i am very pleased with my purchase. My outfit is amazing, fabric is lovely. My husband's oufit is lovely as well. Just from the picture, it was a bright yellow but when it came, it's actually an orange color. I loved the orange color though. After being so frustrated that i might not receive my outfits or not even get a refund, i finally can say i am happy. My emails have never been answered though.
