Sep 17,2024Arrived on time. Nicely packed in paper bags. Towels are absolutely lovely and survived a first wash on 60 degrees (most bamboo towels have to be washed on 30 as any decoration shrinks). Goodbye scratchy cotton towels! I'm very happy. Thank you Paragon Bamboo.

Sep 16,2024Far too slippery, I wake up every morning with pillows everywhere and often the sheet has unhooked! I don’t like the restricted washing instructions either. Will stick with a decent thread cotton which has never let me down.

Aug 24,2024The bedding arrived quickly and I was very excited to try them. It feels nice but not luxurious or amazing like other reviews. But I know this can differ from person to person. There is an odour that linger about. Like something that stored long time even after the wash and dry. I do not particularly like the colour a bit like hospital bed so I will use it in the spare room.

Aug 18,2024My first experience of bamboo bedding from Paragon Bamboo was post surgery, when I was badly affected by night sweats. I had enough, and thought I'd give bamboo bedding a try, and bought a full set fm Paragon Bamboo. Sustainably packaged, my first impression was they seem to genuinely care about the environment. The bedding made a massive difference to my comfort through the night, wicking sweat away so that I was no longer waking up requiring armbands! My wife was not massively fussed by the bamboo bedding (or so she thought!) until I put the cotton bedding back on and she announced "what's this sandpaper bedding you're using?!". 🤣 As a result, we have completely switched to only Bamboo bedding, keeps you cool in summer, and warm in winter. It is so soft and luxurious. Do not buy unless you never want to go back to cotton bedding again!

Aug 15,2024Ordered 2 bed sheets and a mattress protector (of course all the same size). The mattress protector way too small and doesn’t fit. Emailed but they said I would need to pay to return. I think that’s unreasonable since I ordered the size of the mattress but the product sold doesn’t fit.

Aug 11,2024I’ve bought from Paragon previously and had to return the item, it was exchanged after a bit of a ha ha so I was a bit dubious to buy from this firm again. I’m glad I did the service has imp immensely and the duvet cover is perfect.

Aug 04,2024I got a pack of 8 bamboo towels (of different sizes). First I wish you could buy individual towels to try them out, but there’s only packs of two minimum. The towels dry well, but they are very thin and look cheap. They are made in China, which is not great for environmental costs. Overall, they are ok, but not exceptional. Better than Ikea towels though! Edit: after using the towels for more than a month, I decided to decrease my rating of 1 star because they keep leaving fluff on my skin when I dry myself, and they do not dry very well. I have used bamboo towels before (from Cariloha) and they were much better on all fronts, unfortunately they do not exist in the UK.

Jul 23,2024I’ve purchased MANY bedding sets from Paragon Bamboo. This last set was a big disappointment. I have a new super king bed and unfortunately, because I HAVE ordered so many, I didn’t check to see how it measured with the mattress and duvet. It’s about 4-5 inches off on both. But as I’ve used them, I’m out of luck to return. Didn’t even ask. So do yourself a favour and measure the bedding BEFORE YOU PUT THEN ON and by all means before you sleep on them. Take photos and request another set. You’ll be glad you did!

Jul 17,2024I always buy my towels for my massage business from Paragon. They are so soft, dry quickly, and come in a good range of sizes and colours. They wash really well. This time I was missing a towel when my order arrived, I emailed and they sent out a replacement straight away.

Jun 08,2024Very poor quality and terrible customer service. I purchased their 'summer' duvet. This is listed as 3-5 tog which should be very light. Unfortunately the quilt itself feels cheap not like other bamboo duvets I have. It is also far too hot to be used as a summer duvet. It was a bit heavier than expected but you can't know how warm something it without using it. When I asked for a return and refund the 'MD was rude, patronising and unhelpful via email, refusing to refund the product despite it clearly being not as described on the website and not being appropriate for 'summer' despite it being described that way. The excuse was it's hard to know how warm bamboo is. Bizarre. Buy your bamboo bedding from Panda or another company that values their customers and rectifies problems immediately and with no rudeness when they arise.

Sep 30,2024I love everything about this company - beautiful quality products, so soft and wash so well. Love the zips on the duvet covers, so you don’t end up with buttons inevitably falling off. They dispatch so quickly, and use DHL which are the only reliable courier that don’t leave parcels on the doorstep! Fab company, have ordered a few times now.
