Nov 21,2023I purchased 2 pillowcases from them as a trial to supplement my existing bamboo bedding from another company after one wash there were holes in the pillowcases and the feel of it was much rougher not at all as soft as my other bamboo bedding from somewhere else will never buy again

Nov 06,2023Pro’s - Good customer service. Excellent delivery service. Very well presented items. Con’s - Heavy duvet Items are supposed to regulate your body temperature but so far haven’t done a thing for me. I am also personally not keen on the slippery feel of the material. Sheets too big for a standard double bed. Keep coming untucked. Very difficult items to wash and iron.

Oct 26,2023The duvet cover feels beautifully soft and silky and I will be putting it on the bed very soon! I really like the zip which I think is better than having buttons. I am looking forward to trying the product out and hopefully it will live up to expectations. The same goes for the bath towel which I will also be using shortly. Very fast delivery.

Oct 18,2023Ordered two bath sheets hoping they would be highly absorbent, but not so. Very disappointed with the purchase, don’t absorb well in my view and quite thin too. Am sending one back but lose the postage it seems. Not accurately described in my opinion. Pity.

Oct 13,2023I would give the bamboo robe 5 stars as I love it, but only 1 star for the pillow - it is not uncomfortable although I gave it several nights, so its an average of 3 stars. I will certainly buy more towels and bathrobes - lovely quality.

Nov 26,2023I love the products and I love the bamboo towels. Pity they never really have any good offers on. Maybe a free pillow or turban. Always feel I am paying full price. So not really getting anything back purchasing quite a few products from the company. Repeat custom doesn’t seem to feature in their pricing policy.
