Sep 08,2023I accidentally ordered the wrong size, exchange policy is minimal and expensive, i have to pay to send back then they charge you another £6 to send a replacement, no free post, even though their product is expensive to start with, was going to order another for my daughter but I will think twice now as if she prefers a different colour it will cost too much to exchange, shame as i think the product seems nice (haven't used it yet as wrong size)

Aug 14,2023Ive been using bamboo for many years and decided to get a totally bamboo quilt to go with the covers. This is the only company I have found that sell them. The first one arrived and I put a cover on it, but it would not lay flat. On measuring it, I found it to be nearly 10cm too big. I returned it and asked for them to measure the replacement. They did this and I was told it was 199cm. This was not correct, as it is 205cm, but if I fold one end over then it will probably be ok. At £100 I thought the measurements would be more accurate. It says to expect variation as its a natural fiber. I dont see how this is true unless it is still growing!

Aug 03,2023Lovely soft face cloths, great quality and nice choice of colours. Came in a nice little box each cloth tied prettily with a ribbon, everything is recyclable or biodegradable. Perfect gifts. Just one niggle, I had no option on delivery and had to pay the premium rate, ok but I did expect it the next day not 3 days later, after all it was advertised as delivery 24/7.

Aug 02,2023Very quick delivery, unfortunate issue with washing instructions on pillows which are wrong. Pillows quite firm but am getting used to them. I think they are helping with the ne k ache I usually have.

However, Paragon Bamboo were very helpful and quick in sending me out the correct items and returning the wrong one. I had a very positive experience, customer service could not have been better (thanks Matt!) and my bedding is lovely!

Jul 19,2023So soft and such lovely colours. My son was having problems with cotton being itchy, so we thought we would try bamboo and he was delighted by the range of colours. We got samples first and now have a sheet and pair of pillowcases. Disappointed that something comes in black but I was unable to find out what it is. Very high prices so I hope this stuff will wear well. So far, so soft and comfy. I like the satiny finish too.

Jul 15,2023We had this bamboo throw at a hotel that we recently stayed at. It was lovely, it was a hot night and my husband just had this on him. I looked at the label and found it was from Paragon and so went on line and ordered the same. I just wish it came in different colours as I would certainly purchase more! Lovely product.

Jul 12,2023I cannot give more than 2 stars because the pillowcases are out of stock, so I only got half of what I want. Sheet has been delivered, but I have put it in the cupboard, waiting for pillowcases to match! I have guests coming, I will use my cotton bedding.

Jul 03,2023I never write reviews but oh my god these sheets are on another level!! Every night I get into bed I have to say “these are so silky smooth” I love them so much. Never going back to cotton again!!! Also bought single sized for my daughter who hates blankets and being too hot and she is loving them too! Even keeping the sheets on top of her for once. Thank you :)

Apr 06,2023Awful customer services ... I've bought 3 bed sets from this company, 2 for myself and 1 for my daughter so have spent well over £300 with them ... the 1st one, 15 months ago. The duvet cover start to show loose threads last week so I sent photos to the sales team ... he was obviously a relative of the 3 directors as they all have the same surname, he emailed me back saying it was past the 6 months guarantee term so he couldn't help. I wrote back pointing out that only this particular item out of 3 bed sets had loose threads so it was obvious that there was a manufacturing flaw. I'd followed the washing instructions rigidly and all the other items in the bedsets were fine. I also pointed out that regardless of the item being outside the guarantee period, the company still have a duty of care to 'supply goods that will last a reasonable length of time', according to trading standards and consumer rights information on a customer's statutary rights. I believe that good quality bed linen should last more than 15 months without showing flaws in the fabric. He wrote back without addressing any of my concerns, and just repeated his first reply about the 6 months guarantee. I found his emails an insult to my intelligence and extremely dismissive ... a company that cares about it's customers and it's reputation does NOT respond to a customer in this way, ignoring the obvious flaw in the product and using a short 6-month guarantee as a get-out clause. I will continue to call out Paragon Bamboo Ltd until my issue is resolved ... in my opinion, this particular person needs retraining ... and he shouldn't be allowed to interact with customers until he learns to treat them respectfully! Below is one of the photos I sent to him ... there are 4 more but it seems as if I can only attach one! If I had the choice my recent experience would be ZERO stars but had to click on 1 in order to comment!

Mar 17,2023Despite spending 3 days at home, no delivery was ever received. Was just lied to by the courier. Can’t review the goods unfortunately as they never arrived, but had to keep chasing the company and the courier.

Sep 22,2023I spent a fair bit on my order, the bedding, towels and robe were amazing. The pillow was terrible, lumpy and not a good quality or dreamy sleep as stated. I wrote to paragon bamboo but they were not helpful. I can send the pillow back and If they agree it's not to their standard they will refund..they didn't understand that this is subjective and could have argued that the pillow is of standard. But, in my opinion it's not up to any standard. It is of a cheap foam pillow standard. So I am stuck with an expensive uncomfortable pillow because they wouldn't guarantee a refund. The refund comes with their opinion of the quality of their own pillow standards, not of the experience of their valued customer! Trading standards is next. Paragon bamboos reply is trying to cover up what really happened.. he failed to I form you all that it was down to their discretion if a refund was issued. He stated thar it had to meet their standards and their agreement that the product was indeed faulty. If they deemed it not faulty then I would have to pay for the product to be returned to myself.
