Jul 05,2023A défaut de pouvoir contacter quelqu'un par téléphone, j'ai eu une assistance rapide et efficace en utilisant la commande nous contacter. Quand on effectue une réservation de parking avant d'avoir crée un compte ou télécharger l'application, il faut bien veiller à utiliser la même adresse mail pour le compte ou l'application. Merci

Jul 05,2023La risposta alla mail è stata immediata e precisa e ha risolto subito il mio problema. Se posso suggerire una azione di miglioramento, all'atto della prenotazione on line, lasciate libera la casella della data in modo che sia sempre necessario l'inserimento

Jul 03,2023Used the company before, no issues. This time I booked a parking in Barcelona and when arrived there it was completely closed and with a clear sign that said “Complete”. Luckily there was an open space in the street in front of it, I don’t like leaving a new vehicle out, but not much option as I was late for the cinema. When contacted customer service they advised I should had called a number and the instructions for this were buried down in the confirmation email, even though this was not disclosed or clear in the app (otherwise I wouldn’t book it). The customer service was super unhelpful, just refusing to refund even when I pointed there was a sign saying there was no space, stating this was actually not accurate. They refused to acknowledge the poor communication and confusion, and preferred to loose a customer for €15. Shameful and out of principle would not use again or recommend to anyone. Any other company will have refunded and prefer to have a happy returning customer, they choose the opposite.

Jun 30,2023Édit : J'ai été remboursé des 25€ mais ce que je souhaitais c'est être remboursé du surplus (de ce que je ne devais pas payer initialement) du coup je mets 3 étoiles vu que Parclick a respecté le temps de réponse. ---------------------------- Je devais payer 25€, au final je me suis retrouvé a payer 48€ en plus donc en tout plus de 70€ c'est un scandale et je compte bien me faire rembourser, si j'avais su j'aurais pris une place en ville qui était moins chère. On m'a parlé de 10 jours maximum pour réponse, si d'ici là je n'en ai pas j'irai plus loin et si j'ai une réponse positive je reviendrai sur mon avis

Jun 22,2023Réponses automatiques par mail uniquement difficile à gérer et toujours reçues dans mes spam… Après plusieurs relances contact établi et remboursement de ma réservation en intégralité. J’accorderai une seconde chance à Parclick. Mais une hot ligne téléphonique serait vraiment un plus.

Jun 20,2023No sabes donde aparcar? Pues pones la ubicación y la app te busca los parkings más cercanos con precios claros, así puedes eligir lo que mejor te encaja. Además el servicio de attención al cliente es inmemorable!

Jun 16,2023Malgré une réservation catastrophique dans ce parking de Palerme censé nous recevoir et trouvé fermé sans aucune information précédant notre arrivée, je tiens à remercier le SAV de Parclick pour leur compréhension et leur réactivité. Remboursement intégral de ma réservation(non honorée) et des frais de gestion dans un délai plus que correct.

May 22,2023Fantastic location (25 metres from Gran Via) for short stays, sightseeing and theatre. Friendly staff, easy to use automatic system, excellent level of security. Reasonable cost - would definitely use again.

May 22,2023Parcheggio di Bari, V.le Vittorio Veneto, sul lungomare nei pressi della città vecchia. Prenoto on line, pago. Al momento della convalida del biglietto, verifico che non c’è nessuno al desk, è domenica. Sulla ricevuta c’è scritto che in caso di chiusura o assenza del personale, si può contattare un numero telefonico. Una voce automatica recita a ciclo continuo che il collegamento non è attivo. Però “non preoccupatevi, potrete ripassare” per il rimborso. Certo, un turista avrà senz’altro agio a tornare. Nel mio caso, sarebbero solo 800 km. da ripercorrere. Ciò che infastidisce non è la cifra persa, risibile, ma il sistema, che sa molto, troppo di calcolata presa in giro. Poi non lamentiamoci se all’estero ci dipingono come inaffidabili, disorganizzati e arraffoni. Aggiorno dopo aver letto la vs. risposta: se ho sbagliato giorno, come dite, errore mio. Ma il resto non cambia: come me, tutti coloro che avevano pagato on line hanno trovato ufficio chiuso e call fuori uso. Mi spiegate come si potevano “seguire le istruzioni?” Dai, su..

May 09,2023Easy to use app. Good parking spots in Paris. And I had an issue with a double booking on my credit card because of an issue with the first reservation, which was resolved within 1 day after sending an email. Will definitely use Parclick again in future.

May 04,2023Cometí un error al realizar la reserva de una plaza de aparcamiento (indiqué "jueves" en vez de "martes"), pero al cancelarla no me quedó claro cuándo se haría la devolución del importe (matizar que el pago se había realizado con PayPal). Envié un correo a soporte y en cuestión de horas recibí una respuesta indicándome que la devolución se haría incluyendo los gastos de comisión de PayPal de forma excepcional. Muy contento no sólo por la devolución efectuada, sino por el excelente servicio de atención al cliente del que disponen y de su rápida respuesta, un hecho que marca la diferencia para destacar por ser más que "una buena aplicación". ¡Recomendado, sin duda!
