Feb 23,2023Je m'étais trompée de parking pour me stationner à la Gare de Lyon étant donné qu'il y a 2 parking côte à côte (j'avais au préalable réservé une place de parking via parclick). Le service client parclick a procédé au remboursement du paiement que j'ai effectué dans l'autre parking. Service commercial super, merci beaucoup. Lors d'un prochain déplacement, je ne manquerai pas de réserver une place de parking via parclick.

Feb 06,2023Me cobraron y al llegar al parking nadie sabia nada de mi reserva. Ojo. consegui que me devolvieran parte de lo pagado pero se quedan una cantidad, aunque te den el servicio.

Feb 03,2023Almost 2 years ago I booked the parclick garage in Firenze. They confirmed my entrance to the special zone. But they did not. I got two bills. After many e-mails, sending proof and information et cetera, and after contact with parclick customer service the problem is not yet solved. No confirmation it will be solved and no payment. It could not be worse. False promises and no action. And no control apparently by their own organization. Consider another place and organization if you want to park your car in Firenze.

Jan 31,2023BUENOS DIAS ,CREO QUE DEBERIAN TENER UN TELEFONO DONDE PODER LLAMAR CUANDO LLEGAS A DELICIAS Nº 101 A APARCAR EL VEHICULO Y NO TE DICE EL GUARDA QUE ALLI NO PUEDO APARCAR ,LE ENSEÑO EN MI MOVIL LA RESERVA Y EL JUSTIFICANTE DE PAGO PERO TUVE QUE SACAR MI VEHICULO SIN DARME MAS EXPLICACIONES ,PAGUE 25 EUROS QUE NO SE DONDE RECLAMARLOS.

Jan 27,2023I used the app multiple times in Barcelona and it's just perfect. Only once the parking was closed when I arrived but Parclick refunded the parking costs without any issues.

NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA La zona estaba en obras no pude acceder al parking reservado (Barcelona), hice numerosas llamadas al teléfono de incidencias y no respondieron en ningún momento. Tuve que aparcar en otro parking, con lo cual el gasto fue doble, llegué tarde y la pérdida de tiempo fue considerable.

Jan 19,2023Had een parkeer garage via hun geboekt, nou iemand anders stond op mijn plek. Vervolgens werkte de code niet om binnen te komen dus stond mijn auto vast in Parijs op een zondag nacht. Kon met niemand contact opnemen om dit te fixen. Heb contact opnemen maar ze willen nergens bij helpen. Beter via een ander platform waar ze wel goede klantenservice hebben!

Jan 17,2023Prenotazione presso aeroporto di Brindisi , nessuna indicazione Parclick arrivando in aeroporto , sul voucher solo dopo ho scoperto che la piccola dicitura quick (senza scrivere parcheggio da nessuna parte!!) voleva intendere un parcheggio di nome Quick ! Preso dallo sconforto e dall’esigenza del check-in del volo parcheggio da altra parte, pensando che la cosa più normale del modo sia rimborsare per un servizio non usufruito e invece….No, la colpa è mia , niente rimborso! MAI PIÙ PARCLICK e mai più questo pseudo parcheggio Quick di Brindisi, pezzenti e ridicoli. State alla larga
