I finally received my I4 today after a 12-week delay down to a technical Hold, Despite the fact that I haven't been the most patient customer during this delay I can't fault the customer service. Stephanie, Terry and the rest of the team have been extremely helpful and supportive, I will recommend these Guys to any of my Friends and Family.

All good.. great price for my 3 series in part ex for a lovely low mileage 4 series coupe. I liked Dean's style, relaxed and not pushy but always keen to help.. kept me posted all the way and went the extra mile. 10/10 mate.

This is the best dealership i have ever dealt with it.Alexander Watts was so helpful and cooperative and went that extra mile to help me get the perfect car i wanted in the most perfect condition.he always kept in touch and kept me updated regularly and is so polite and friendly and the car i received is at higher standard.before this i didnt have good experience with distance buying as i am far away in Glasgow but this experience this time was mind blowing was shown car fully inside out and until i was satisfied they didnt stop to do anything required to make me happy All 5 stars recommended highly

I recently received my BMW iX3 (company car) through Partridge BMW. The order process was completed by my employer so I cant comment on that experience other than the order was placed straight away and was provided regular updates on expected delivery - unfortunately because of the semiconductor shortage it kept getting pushed back (but cant blame the garage for that!) Communication when the car was available for delivery was excellent and I had my vehicle on my drive within a few business days! I cannot think of anything negative to say about my experience (other than the semiconductor wait)
