AVOID AVOID AVOID IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD My BMW Partridge nightmare began in May when we ordered a new Car. We advised the sales agent our current car was going back end of July and the agent advised us that the new car will be here end of June start of July. So we proceeded with the order and thats when the nightmare began. No communication no updates nothing from the sales agent. We had to chase her to find out whats going on with our order. We then received an email with a screenshot from the agents computer confirming delivery for the 31st of July and the agent saying she will drop the car to us on the 1st of August as by then we would be without a car. The date came and went and still no car. Multiple phone calls and emails to the brach and no replies. We then got given a courtesy car which was inadequate for our needs as my disabled brother requires a big enough car for him and his wheelchair! Yet the dealership didnt care and didn’t give us another car. My brother therefore had to remain in the house for over a month as we didn’t receive our new car until September! The number plate on the car is 22 which means we have received a new car with an old registration. We arrived at the dealership and no apologies from the sales agent or nothing she just wanted us out of the dealership as quick as possible! We understand the delays in getting new cars at the moment and the semi conducter issues but all we wanted was communication when buying a car. Even complaints to the various senior managers were fallen on deaf ears! Our expectations as a customer were never managed! Extremely unprofessional and only happy to help or communicate when payments were involved and documents needed signatures! Please avoid using this dealership as they are quick to make a sale and they leave you out to dry! I am dreading the journey we now have gotten into with this dealership! I cannot imagine how we are going to be treated for the next 2 years! Sales Agent:Yasmin

Due to work commitments I had a very small window to take delivery but Izabela has managed to achieve a delivery in that small window. Thank you for being so helpful
