BMW X3 was in for its complementary seasonal health-check (part of BMW service plan) and a system software update. Car was ready, washed and vacuumed at the agreed time when I came to collect it. Had cycled to the dealership to collect the car on a warm day so it was a nice touch when a Partridge employee unprompted asked if he could get me a cold drink. Whilst at the dealership had a social catch-up with Lisa the salesperson who'd sold me the vehicle. The service advisor waited patiently in the background whilst I continued the catch-up before explaining what work had been done on my vehicle. One of several reasons why I'm planning Partridge will be my first 'port of call' when the time comes to replace my X3.
The communications from Partridge BMW has been very good from placing the order to delivery, and Stephanie Morley’s communication and help since the car arrived in the country has been outstanding!
