Thank you very much to Alex at Partridge who has helped me from the moment I spotted a car online that I knew was the one I wanted. We’ve spoken several times on the phone and on emails and every step of the way was very easy. When you were spending lots of money on a new car or anything then you don’t want to be rushed and I wasn’t rushed to any point throughout the whole process. Thank you also to Alice who delivered the car and took my old one away. I would certainly recommend Partridge to my mates! Cheers guys

I would like to make a special commendation for Mikaela Godley my service advisor for the day. She was polite courteous efficient all the things you'd expect from BMW. Mikaela gave me regular updates throughout the morning as to the progress of the work on my car, and I felt reassured that I was in good hands. The Wi-Fi signal is strong the coffee was delicious and I'd love to use the BMW showroom as an office in the future. It was nice to look at the array of beautiful cars on display and reflect that one of them was twice the price of the first house that I bought.... But she was a beauty and worth every penny I'm sure. BMW - 'The joy of driving' and the joy of getting; great service, from a professional team, at a great location. A truly satisfying experience from start to finish and the valeted service on the vehicle was the icing on the cake, what more could you ask for? Many Thanks to @Mikaela.godley; and the Team... I'll Be Back!

From our arrival to our eventual purchase, our experience with BMW Partridges was a pleasure. Every passing member of staff acknowledged us with a smile. The agent who dealt with us, Paul West was exemplary. He was chatty, not overbearing and most importantly, informed us of our choices. Thoroughly recommended.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER COMPLETING A DISTANT SALE OR IF YOUR FIRST TIME SEEING THE VEHICLE IS UPON COLLECTION! I reserved a vehicle on the 27th of March by placing a £1000 deposit with the dealership over the phone. I had requested a video from James which was sent over to me on the 30th, after reviewing the video, I asked James to confirm the colour of the vehicle as the car is described as ‘carbon black’ but looked navy blue in the video. James confirmed that the vehicle was black and that I should not have any worries. I proceeded with completing all my finance, paperwork, and had most of the balance sent over to the dealership before collecting on the 4th of April. Upon arrival, I inspected the vehicle as this was my first time seeing the car in real life, I was disappointed that the vehicle described as ‘carbon black’ was in fact navy blue, as I had assumed by the video James had shared with me. When I raised my concerns with the sales team, both Simon, and another saleswoman confirmed that the vehicle was, in fact blue. Additionally, around the vehicle there were scratches that were not polished or buffed out before collection and the interior of the vehicle seem to have been smothered in some kind of polish, causing the leather to be extremely shiny and slippery. I have previously purchased used vehicles from various dealers, and I am completely aware that used cars come with imperfections that are age related, but the shortcuts that had been taken in the preparation process of the vehicle along with the colour not being as described left me with no choice but to cancel my order. I spoke with two managers within the sales team, Simon, and Ian. Both were incredibly rude and continuously interrupted both myself and my companion, when discussing the issue at hand. Despite the error that was made by the salesman, both managers tried to use various scare tactics about signing an order form, leaving a deposit, and using a third-party finance company to convince me to proceed with the vehicle. Overall, I spent two hours and 45 minutes in the dealership, and I was told that the dealership were not going to issue me my deposit of £1000 as the vehicle had been off sale for a week and that I have signed an order form, despite being advised by the salesman that I should sign the order form and all other documents they require before arranging my collection as the administration team were not able to process everything when I arrive. This of course left me with no choice but to complete the documentation, but when I was told that I could not receive my money back, I felt that I had been completely conned, mislead, and miss sold. I would avoid this dealership at all costs as they prioritise profits over customer service. As someone who has previously worked in the motor trade, I know the challenges that come with working in a business that sells premium vehicles and the expectation that customers have when purchasing cars of this value. However, I have never received such poor service in any purchase I have ever made throughout my lifetime.

Had a pleasant experience ordering my new salary sacrifice car with Partridge of Hampshire. Zdenek Kalok has been my point of contact since the start of the process. Zdenek has been very knowledgeable, polite and responsive in helping me with the ordering process and helping me with all my queries as it's my first time ever ordering a salary sacrifice car. I can recommend Partridge of Hampshire and Zdenek for buying your next BMW :)

Partridge of Southampton treat customers very good. Kevin Diaper helped us with ordering of new car in place of our existing car, he was exceptionally good as made our purchase “fuss free” and explained everything we needed to know, he’s definitely a credit to the company. Kevin kept us upto date with the delivery, he went above and beyond, 5 star service from Kevin. Would definitely recommend BMW Partridge.

Very helpful parts department who answer the phone quickly and reserved the part for easy pickup on a Sunday. Even though the part was the wrong one, the refund and correct part was sorted quickly.

I have had such a brilliant process through receiving my new BMW, and Partridge BMW is why that was the case. They constantly kept on top of the order and delivery dates to ensure I would have my car delivered as soon as possible. I have to say they really went the extra mile, which I wasn't expecting. Izabela Lazi the corporate relations exec and Stephanie, went above and beyond whenever contacted, to ensure I had everything I needed and pushed for an earlier delivery date and dealt with any queries in a professional helpful manner. I will definitely be sticking to Partridge BMW for any future orders! All thanks to Izabela and Stephanie!
