Aug 09,2022My product arrived faulty, despite this being boxed it looks as though it was water damaged, the wood was split and parts were flaking off. I only removed the packaging on the day of the event so had no choice but to still use it but I am very disappointed. I got in contact via the website but I have had no response as of yet, I dont always have time to call during working hours but will be attempting this in the next few days.

Aug 08,2022I ordered a helium cylinder. It was delivered a few days later The box containing the cylinder was falling apart but no damage to the cylinder. I have not used the gas yet

Aug 06,2022Lovly balloon but paid extra to have it delivered on the Monday to ensure it stayed nice for my daughters birthday on the Tuesday and it got deliveries on the Saturday 3 days before her birthday emailed 3 times and no reply.

Aug 05,2022Despite the order being scheduled to arrive the day before my son's birthday, the balloons arrived a day late. They arrived at 3.30pm my son's birthday and he really didn't get the benefit of these pricey balloons. Thank you, yes I will accept a 20% discount. Please can you arrange this?
