Nov 21,2020The slabs arrived a day late and then quarter of one pack was smashed. Paving Superstore arranged for replacement slabs to be sent, but it took a week of calls and emails in order to organise replacements. We got the replacements in the end, but there was a bit of pain to get there.

The next day I got an email saying the slabs I’d ordered were out of stock but they offered an alternative, that were beautiful. Got that sorted and the slabs were dispatched and delivered on time.

Their lovely admin staff emailed to explain and offered everything from an immediate refund to an offer to explore alternatives. They went back and forth talking to suppliers about potential alternatives until they found one that was just what we needed and still had it delivered within their standard timeframes. Great and knowledgeable service.
