Nov 08,2020So far so good. Order process was fine. Suggested improvement - the colour of the order now button is a faded red. It looks almost greyed out and didn't encourage me to press it! Thank you. Looking forward to seeing the slabs!

Oct 30,2020Ordered slabs and sand for laying a patio. At the time of ordering it said the slabs could be up to 28 days and I would be contacted to arrange delivery in due course. That timescale was not a problem. However, 28 days approached and not a word from them. I got in touch to find out what was happening and was told it would now be another month, which was not acceptable to me. They offered to substitute with another product if I paid the difference or to cancel the order. Cancelled and went with another supplier.

Oct 27,2020I have seldom had such shocking service. I ordered paving blocks on 30 September, with an indicated delivery of 5 working days. After receiving no communications regarding delivery and having to follow up several times, the pavers were eventually delivered on 15 October. Two of the three pallets were incorrect but the delivery contractor insisted on offloading them with the promise that they would be swapped out. After 5 telephone calls on five successive days, and being promised on each occasion that I would receive a call back to inform me as to when the pavers would be delivered that afternoon which never happened, I eventually received my correct order on 26 October! This all cost me a lot of time and frustration and I will not buy pavers from Paving Superstore again!

Nov 14,2020As a private non trade buyer , I do not have a anything to lift over a ton of paving stones up my gravel drive to near where they can be laid. Although you do warn buyers about where the delivery can go you do not deliver with a vehicle or something which can move the paving stones. YET you are selling to private customers. The delivery driver said this was a common problem, so you are quite prepared to sell to private customers but cannot be bothered to make sure that the ordered is properly delivered. So it was dropped outside my gate.
