On a short break in Cornwall we googled raw food suppliers near our cottage in Delabole and Paws in Padstow was the nearest hit. Ordered on line and found the website was a dream , easy to navigate and prompt replies regarding our order. Our pick up was monday mid afternoon but St Ives parking held us up a bit but after a call to the shop Mike was more than happy to wait for us to arrive even though it was 30 mins after closing time. Lovely shop with a good range of quality food , leads collars beds etc . Situated within a lovely garden centre it is well worth a visit. Thank you Mike...

Fantastic purchase. Excellent website. Sacks of dog food appeared the next day. Our dog is delighted with his new dog food (Seven). Very good price. Couldn’t be more pleased.

This is my second review but I feel like they deserve recognition. We order our Seven dog food from this little independent as we can't buy it locally. We have decided to switch from the poultry version of the food to the all fish version to help with digestive problems. We quickly received our order however they accidentally sent the poultry option. We emailed them to let them know the error and they got back to us within 24 hours, apologised profusely, issued the correct food and encouraged us to donate the poultry food to a local food bank or dog in need. I think the quality of a business can often be more accurately observed by their reaction to a problem and they certainly were friendly, efficient and even ethical. Once again brilliant service.

Excellent place to order my dog food from. Quick speedy delivery, slight problem with order but this was dealt with very promptly. Would highly recommend using them!!

Brilliant and prompt service. Would highly recommend to anyone. I ordered a dog bed in one transaction that arrived within a couple of days and my other order was dog food which arrived the next day. Thank you for such a good service. 5 ⭐️

Really good despite covid period. My delivery was well packaged to protect it and obviously pleased with my framed print as I really like Simon Clarkes pictures. They remind me of my time on the boat with our dog . Thankyou

Great delivery service - it has been invaluable to me and my dogs as Paws in Padstow are the only local supplier of the food my dogs have it has been brilliant to still be able to feed them their proper food during the pandemic. Always helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to the shop reopening soon. Thank you for keeping us all going through these strange times!
