Feb 17,2020I have just used your store for the first time. The food is excellent & the dogs like it very much. The service was excellent too. However, my issue is with the packaging. The 'SEVEN' product came in a metallic bag & non of the packaging is recyclable. I am looking for good products ( which this is ) but packaged responsibly, so either it can be recycled or even better, so that it is biodegradable. What plans do you have to package more ecologically? That will make a big difference to my decision to continue to purchase your food.

I had ordered the wrong size but didn’t know until after the 30 days return policy but was told that it did not matter and that they would still take the wrong one back. I ordered the right one and again it came promptly. I had a very quick and friendly response when I emailed. Would definitely recommend them 😁
