A refreshing change to order online and be able to ask questions from a friendly human over an automated reply with no option for personal contact. Great product and regular updates on delivery, also pre-purchase helpful advice was given on sizing, finally, a speedy delivery during tricky covid Lockdown - definite recommend as a site run by dog lovers for dog lovers. 5* plus plus.

Dec 16,2020I ordered the pink Barbour pink tartan dog collar and harness. Harness was too small so sent back and requested the larger size with a note. I received a refund instead of the replacement harness, no contact, mentIon or notification. I went to place my order to find out it's out of stock. Ok they honoured my refund which I didnt request. Now my Bella cant have matching Barbour harness. I did manage to find elsewhere but have to pay extra for delivery when I should he able to purchase from same store. I think their customer service could be improved. Not happy
