Great pet shop!!! I had a bit of trouble with the website (me being blonde) but Mike was on hand to help me. Both Lynsey and Mike are lovely and very helpful. They obviously care about selling QUALITY food and assessories! Delivery from the website was brilliant. I really would recommend to anyone!

We popped into the shop in 2018 and picked up a few things for our Sprocker Charlie. Customer service was fantastic in shop. Charlie loves training and his main treat that he loves is the tiny bone shapes that Paws in Padstow sell. I ordered two large bags online last week and they quickly arrived. We call them ‘munchie crunchies’ and his head goes to one side. Customer service and ease of online purchases are both great. We look forward to a return visit this year where no doubt Charlie will walk out being spoilt! Please keep up the good work! from happy people and a fur baby in Bristol 🐶

Was let down by my existing dog food supplier and needed to find a grain free lamb equivalent. Found Paws in Padstow had an amazing range of formulations with great protein content and grain free AND it was slightly cheaper than my 'old' brand. Great customer service. Excellent comms. Great value and the dog likes it too. Couldn't be better.
