I was initially concerned as my delivery appeared to be delayed but as soon as I contacted Paws in Padstow they responded immediately. I received an immediate return call explaining that in actual fact there had just been a delay with the online update and my goods actually arrived the same afternoon .

Excellent service, courier lost the original order but paws in Padstow shipped out replacement items & kept me fully updated. Both original & replacement orders shipped quickly.

Tweed Dog Coat I bought a dog coat from Paws in Padstow. I had to buy it on line as I live a fair distance away. I was given advice and measurements to make sure that the coat actually fitted my Dachshund correctly. In fact they advised me that the coat often did not fit Dachshunds before they gave me the measurements. Really good honest customer service.

Excellent service. Such quick dispatch which was appreciated as this is one of the only places that sells our girl’s food. We visited the shop this week whilst on holiday in Cornwall and the staff were exceptionally friendly and kind to us and our dog.

Bought the dog bath robe on line having bought one before from the shop. Excellent quality posted on time. The hand written note on my invoice checking all was good with my purchase was very thoughtful.
