Apr 08,2021Fantastic customer service from Paws In Padstow. I bought a Barbour lead which became faulty (the stop came off) after a few weeks. Paws In Padstow liaised with the manufacturer on my behalf and sent a replacement immediately. They even supplied a free post Hermes envelope to return the faulty lead too. They were polite and courteous throughout and kept me updated with the progress of the replacement. I cannot speak highly enough of Paws In Padstow and would highly recommend them. 5 star service!!
