Having been let down badly by another online retailer when attempting to purchase a Danish Designs coat for my dog, I called Paws in Padstow and spoke to Mike regarding placing an order with them. Mike was exceptionally helpful and explained that whilst they didn't have the size I was looking for in stock they could order it and have the manufacturer send it. I placed the order and the item arrived within 2 days directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the item was too big (but will be fine when my dog has grown a little) so I made contact with Mike again, placed an order for the next size down and lo and behold! the second coat arrived, again within 2 working days of ordering. I can not recommend them highly enough and will definitely buy from them again in the future as it was such an easy and pleasant experience.

I have to travel to buy the food from a pet shop as no one sells the product it is so good now I save money on petrol and I shall continue to use the on line service and now I shall order for my cat . Feb 03,2021I purchased a Barbour collar which I couldn't find in stock in any other store in UK, in the size I needed. The transaction was quick and efficient. Shipping was great by Paws in Padstow, shipped the same day. It was a shame Hermes the courier were not quite so quick. The communication with the store over the courier matter was excellent and cannot be faulted. I would definately buy from here again, with maybe a suggestion of using a better courier service. Thanks
