Apr 17,2024I initially applied for a £2000 loan with an anticipated interest of £360 over 12 months, based on the information provided during the application process. However, upon receiving the contract, I was surprised to find that the approved interest rate had escalated to £719, nearly doubling the expected cost. Due to this significant and unexpected increase, I have decided to withdraw my application. I am currently in the process of invoking the "Right to Withdraw" policy as outlined in their contract. I hope this matter will be resolved swiftly and that they will honor their own terms without issue.
