I had ordered some airguns to start a new hobby and used the payl8r option. Not only do I have a chance to boost my credit score. But now I have another hobby to tick off the list. Luke Elliot was extremely helpful and I was accepted even with bad credit after explaining my situation there was no intrusive questions and I'm now like a little kid waiting for Christmas knowing ive got some man toys on the way. My Mrs is now jealous of my incoming collection and now wants her own set🤣 thank you to Luke Elliot for giving me some positivity in my life finally!
Caitlin was extremely helpful, would be great if additional payments could be made without needing to be the full monthly instalment however, Caitlin was really helpful
Great experience easy to contact very helpful would recommend
Very detailed guidance of how and when my monthly payments woukd come out of my bank. Reminders were great too
Payl8r has be the perfect option for me this past 12 months. Helping me pay for much needed stock over a period of time in bite sized chunks. I wish there was more availability to use them with other companies and my needs. It would be nice if they had a link you could use to cover essential items payments or extra expenses. Taking the pressure off. Maybe it will happen and I will get to use Payl8r again one day.
Super helpful! I requested a phone call for some questions I wanted to ask, I had a phone call within minutes from Luke, rang back the next day and applied for the course! He was so helpful and answered every single question I had as well as helping me to decide which course and payment plan was best for me!
Quickly resolved
Used Payl8r a few times now never had any problems. Makes purchases easy and simple
Across the board, I can say that I am 100% satisfied. Guidance, helpfulness , understanding & service generally were all great. I would sincerely recommend to all, that may require their service.
Very good fast bay
The sites difficult to manage, but the customer service is amazing. Used a couple times so far. No issues!
Wow, do not use this company, always have problems logging in my account, & just when I thought I've paid everything off im paying triple back on interest 🙄, & thats what you get when you don't get help & just try to do on there website, when I called no one was able to answer! Save money & just go else where. DONT BE SCAMMED ON PAYING MORE THAN YOU SHOULD 100% DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Lesson learnt 😢
Emily at payl8r has been so helpful everytime I have had anything to ask about my loan agreement. Very quick at responding also 😀
The service works - sort of. I am leaving a 3 star review mostly because i cant figure out how to get any form of support. I am a business user who wants to offer credit to my customers. 1. Around 80% of applications are rejected by Payl8r and i get no notification of why. This product seems to be doing more harm to my business than good as customers are choosing this option then giving up 2. Interest rates are huge. The measure in % per month and 20-40% is not uncommon. They have to make money which i get but given I also get charged almost 6% per order it doesnt feel great 3. Support? I cant easily find how to get support. I have just had to email their IT support desk to try and find out how to speak to an account manager. Last time I had an issue it was 14 days for a reply 4. Transparancy - I cant see all of my failed orders and their stages. Data protection means that I should not be able to see personal info but why dont i have metrics on success vs failed so i can do something about it? Overall this feels like an anchor around my neck and I am likely to remove it from my site. I wont be continuing past my 12 month contract
Friendly helpful people
Six months ago, I inquired about a potential subscription. My interest soon shifted, and I was no longer interested in the product. Despite my continuous efforts to block numbers and unsubscribe, I have been receiving emails and text messages every day for the past six months. Please stop contacting me.
My email to Liam Martin 'I am cancelling my contract with Payl8r. I was completely misled by you to believe that my customers would pay 0% interest and I pay 6%. Now Abbie tells me that they pay interest after 3 months of nearly 125%!!! Under no circumstances would I have signed up with your company. I've reviewed all the Trustpilot reviews now, and the majority are horrendous. I've no doubt that I won't get back my money, because your company clearly has no integrity as obvious from the reviews, but I will be cancelling my £49 a month. And don't even think about threatening me with court for breaking the contract, because I will happily see you there with my lawyer who owes me a favour! If you've any decency at all, you will refund me the £600 set up.'
Thank you Kyla for the quick and clear responses
Excellent service. I would highly recommend

Mar 30,2024I took out a loan agreement last year and fully paid it off a couple of months ago, when closing the the account I noticed a £30 late fee, to which I paid half as I didnt have the financial capacity too pay it at the time, but then I started thinking when or how I incurred a late fee, so I contacted the support and was told that they had been trying to contact me for a month because I didn't pay the previous month. I was unaware of this and it was down to a bank issue, so I told them this and asked if they wouldn't mind waiving the remaining £15 late fee due to me being in a bad financial position and my mental health being quite bad, they declined and kept stating "the fee is valid" and I understood that it was in terms of the contract, but if you look at the situation as a whole it is completely unfair. This company is just another corporate money making machine, rinsing out generic responses to issues and having no form of compassion or care for the wellbeing of its customers. It's absolutely disgusting how I was treated, I have told them I will be contacted the FCA as they have been trying to take £15 out of my bank account for the past month despite me telling them not too, they didn't have my permission. I think the FCA might also like to hear how they haven't given me breathing space, or even tried to come to a resolution other than "pay the £15". Despicable company.
