The most infuriating service. Time and time again said my bank declined payments, even though I had the money in my account and called my bank. The bank had no idea why it was declined. Money was added to my loan time and time again. Customer service is terrible.

I would give zero if I could. I am so relieved I have made my last payment to this company!! I purchased an item online and paid through pay l8r. The item took over a month to arrive, the wrong items were sent, parts were missing and then the item actually blew up! The seller had promised me a refund on a number of occasions and failed to meet his promise. I contacted pay l8r and the first customer service agent was brilliant. I was so confident that they would help me. I was then in contact with another agent who was rude, was making incorrect claims and holding onto every word the seller had said. None of it was true. She totally refused a refund as well as a replacement. I asked to speak to a manager but said she was the only manager! I don’t think she actually listened to what my concern was. I then contacted citizens advice who referred the case to trading standards. Trading standards went out to see the seller. They found that they was not even selling from the address on the website, items were shipped directly from China to my address, they weren’t the brand as sold and also had the seller stop selling the item as it was not safe to consumers. I was not the only one who had this same item blow up! I have received the full report from trading standards and advised to report pay l8r to the ombudsman but I just can not be bothered with the hassle. MY ADVICE… AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They will do or say anything not to refund dangerous, illegal and faulty products!! I have paid £1700 for an item that was used only two weeks before it set fire! UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY- My complaint was a section 75. I was asked to get a report on the item - to which the next day I was asked for the report. No expert is going to write that it is a manufacturing fault as that leaves them liable. I was then told to return the item to the seller so it can be sent off and inspected. I’d still have to pay for this! I sent numerous pictures. I expressed my fear of returning as I did not trust the seller, and the seller told me he was sending me a refund because he sent my pictures to the manufacturer and they refunded him. But the seller was telling me on thing and payl8r something different. The same day the decision was made to close the complaint and that I would have to continue to pay. Payl8r are only in favour of money from customers but not their safety!

Avoid It’s a scam I never had any miss payment in my life of 27 years . This is the worst costumer service they have put my score down which I work so hard for it to get a moratge my moratge is been registed because of them I worked really hard for money I even paid the full money they still put me down as default my account and I paid them 650£ do not sign up it’s a scam
