I currently have a loan agreement with Payl8r. My first payment was supposed to be taken today. Nothing has been attempted, there has been no communication and I am desperately waiting to hear back from somebody about this. There is no way of making a manual payment on your portal (even though their website says this is possible). My situation was dealt since writing this, however I still think certain aspects need to be made clearer, such as making manual payments and communicating what time payments are taken from your account
This is an Excellent Company, they have answered to all my needs. With this Company I am able to continue with my Hobby at a Competitive Level, and I will be using them again in the near future. 🎯

So I ordered an item off pellpax and took out finance through you . I paid £300 deposit and my first monthly instalment has just been taken from my bank . Why ? I haven’t received the item as it’s on back order . I spoke to pellpax who assured me I wouldn’t have to pay till it arrived. I tried using your website and all I get is a robot called Peggy . Feel like I’m been had

Don’t use, calculates that the company you purchase the items for will not total what you end up paying as interest rate can and will be increased you are better off using PayPal credit and I’m not a lover of them either. Credit cards will have a better interest rate on purchases under £200, if unsure of what to do put on an empty credit card and then balance transfer to a new card with a good interest free period and pay the 3% fee, you will be far better off.

SCAMMERS! BIG TIME SCAMERS! I somehow neglected the 3 months and it went into the interest portion of the agreement, paid monthly and they started bombarding me with a million calls and emails. I then asked several times to receive the full amount to terminate the agreement and pay back in full. They delayed and did not provide me with the proper amount, then they claimed I was in arrears and more calls. I then managed to get one of their useless and rude agents to confirm the amount and I said ok I'll then pay the full amount on the 3rd (which was in a few days) to close down the contract - it was an agreement. I then received a call again prior to the 3rd and very aggressively I'm asked personal questions for data production, I did not call you you called me not giving you anything email me, and yes minutes later I get an email saying your agreement was terminate and you've been reported to credit agencies - not to say this messed up my credit NEVER EVER missed a payment!!! 982 credit score, big payments not this bs scam agreement, until of course they messed it up. I then followed up with many emails and I always got conflicting information, lies and denial and bs excuses, and not even answers to formal complaints. Not even mention all the dirty tricks and illegal tricks like charging your card £1, £5, £5 multiple times, whenever - that is illegal practice - without my permission. I am now taking them to court for all the predatory and illegal practices. AVOID THE SCAMMERS!

Jul 24,2024Awful customer service. As soon as you raise a complaint they have little to no interest. Just the droning rephrasing of "This is with another depth now" blah blah. Told me my balances were one thing when they were another. Took a refund from me when my debt relief Order protects me from creditors taking any form of payment. Seems kind of illegal. I rang up today and the agent kept repeating what I was saying which felt weird until I heard other agents laughing in the background and I could hear the agent I was speaking to trying to control her own giggling. You take money from me. You nonchalantly explain away my concerns with vague reasonings whilst ignoring other infornation that doesnt already suit your bias. You don't even notify me tbay youve taken my refund. You possibly break the law by violating my DRO and this is...funny to you? I'm a chronically vulnerable client with neurodevelopmental deficits and you couldn't even give me a clear explanation nor take the time to help me understand and then you laugh about it? Your tone deaf lack of empathy, respect and basic human decency astounds me and only further motivates me. Emily - Your performance was, to say the least, lacking. You've clearly become an expert in waffle without substance. An AI would be more purposeful.
