Jan 22,2024I think this is an absolutely brilliant scheme that really helped me when I needed it I only have one problem with the way things work I had done all my paperwork then got to the vets and it turned out my dog was heavier than I thought being young she is still growing very quickly so it ended up being more than I set up the plan for and I had to come up with the extra money there and then which was abit difficult it would be good if there was something in place to adjust your plan on the spot if this happens but other than that small inconvenience wich I accept is my own fault anyway I think the service is amazing and although I hope to never need it again I’m very glad the option is there

I was been advice to pay the money which I have paid 494.08£ on on 11/01/2024 57:81£ on 12/sep 2023 57:81£ on 14aug 2023 Total I have 609.71£ I have called explained my self 8 times on the phone they have not listen to me I am soo tired they have harresed me stress me out that much that I felt like harming myself I have been mentally Harsse by Payl8r which I can’t sleep anymore I can’t think of my work anymore I am soo stress shith this everything they call me everyday and ask for more money and if I don’t pay more money they say will will make my cridet score down which they know I am really worried about . They have charged me 2 times with 494.08£ and 2 times with 57:81£ Please give me extra money back it’s my children money it’s my money I have worked hard for this please look into my case I am so tired of this
