Amazing, Helpful would recommend.
Didn’t think I’d get accepted, but they accepted and I paid all instalments on time. Thanks for looking at current financial circumstances and not history dated back 6 years
Hassle free service and a great way to improve your credit score. 👍
Excellent service, good communication and very helpful. Would use again
Excellent service no issues
Really great no issues at all. Just wish there was an option to pay at anytime and larger amounts. But overall recommend 👌🏼
Excellent Service, I would recommend to other customers.
Luke from Payl8r was very helpful & sufficient with his customer service
Had a payment query which Luke quickly sorted.
Love this service! The payl8r gift cards is great for birthday gifts only down side is i can only have 1 loan active at a time and that can be a bit disappointing. But apart from that it's great
They are very professional and I'm very satisfied!
Very good every payment i receive the email a week early and also an email to confirm the successful payment
Very easy and quick to use
Great service and simple to set up and use. Good if you want to improve your credit score also 👍🏻
Very speedy response, easy to change the date and very helpful! Thanks Jan
Excellent customer service!
Excellent company made my girlfriend happy with me
Awful service, accepted my application, delayed the order beyond the stores same day dispatch cutoff, then changed their mind because I made a complaint about it
EDIT 16:16 17/8/22 - I have now received 2 emails from 'Emily', who seems more interested in finding holes in my character, than just admitting they've messed up. They're still claiming that they don't have my bank details! So it must of been a company with the exact same name and URL, that took the exact same amount as the Payl8r fee...5 seconds after I pressed 'submit' on Payl8r's website...right? What a coincedence(!) I will now have to cancel bank card/close account/transfer all my direct debits to another account...GREAT(!) The 1st email from 'Emily' opened with a statement that claims that they're not scammers...well, taking money from my account and then claiming you don't even have my bank details is what I would call a SCAM. If someone from a certain 'hot' country did that to an eldery British widow, you would call them a scammer, so how is this different? EDIT - 14:18 17/8/22 So 'Jan' just called me back...and after a short discussion, she said that they hadn't taken any money, because I hadn't even entered my bank details. ABSOLUTE LIES! So I've sent over a screenshot of my banking app. 'Jan' also stated that my application was abandoned before completion - therefore I expect my money back, as no appliction was made. What a horrible company! **If Payl8r want to reach out to me for more information, I can provide the name, address, bank details, retailer etc.** So I wanted to purchase an XBox for my daughter online. I found the version she wanted. At the checkout I noticed 'Payl8r', so I had a read and it seemed like a helpful option to spread the cost. I decided to pay with Payl8r...I filled in all my personal and bank details and clicked 'submit'. Boom! Straight away they had taken the £2 application fee...I thought it was a good sign that things were going through. But the page didn't refresh, it just hung...and hung...and hung...and hung...after about 10 minutes, the page finally refreshed, asking me to enter all my details again. There was absolutely no indication if my application was successful, or declined...and I didn't receive a confirmation from the retailer that the XBox had been purchased. HUH?!!! So I Google Payl8r's contact number...I call it...choose the option to talk to customer services...and get a voicemail message saying 'the person you're trying to call is not available right now'...That's funny, because I have no idea who I'm calling! So I leave a message, which is one of the weirdest scenarios I've ever been in - calling a customer service line, getting a voicemail saying they're not in and having to leave a message...bizarre! I highly doubt I'll get a callback. So in summary, they've harvested my personal details, my bank details, ripped me off £2 (which isn't much, but do it to 500,000 people and that's a cool £1million). Will have to ask the bank to cancel my card now as I'm not chancing them taking unauthorised money. Beware: if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!
