When a repayment is due to be taken, you receive a reminder by email and an email when it's been completed successfully. It's also handy you can log in and see the schedule of all future payments and all payments you've made so you can keep track

Aug 14,2022Terrible company, please avoid. The system didn't update my card and there was a fault with active loans. Apparently I've now been charged £100s of pounds for tracing and admin fees. Absolutely crooked and now my credit file has been impacted.

Aug 03,2022Worst finance (pay later) company around. I asked to move my payment date so it would be the same as all my direct debits and they happily did, but then marked my payment as missed on my credit score. Which has now meant I've been declined for a mortgage despite NEVER missing a payment with ANY company before. I raised the issue with them and they flatly refuse to change the financial mark on my score and claim its my fault for asking to change the date. Absolutely madness that has now impacted my life massively. BEWARE!
