John and Andrew were great. Had a little hiccup on the length of time be a little longer but given Covid and everything going on this was to be expected to some degree so not anyone's fault but Covid really. Great job from the team and overall would recommend you guys to others!!

I love working with Penny Mac. This is my 3rd home loan with them. My first loan was hard to figure out the payments because it took along time sometimes to pay by phone. But that was my fault for losing my password multiple times. Once I set up on auto payments, it has been a breeze.
