Apr 19,2025I cancelled my subscription to postcode lottery, they took money for the May draw and I filled in the online form requesting the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of £12.25 for the May draw. I was contacted by customer services and I confirmed I would like to cancel my subscription. I have no wish to continue with this scam and want my money back. The May draw doesn’t start until early May so there is no reason I should not receive a refund of that months £12.25. They are all too quick to take my money but slow to refund it.

Apr 21,2025I was very satisfied with a recent telephone conversation when I rang the post code lottery. The lady I spoke to during the telephone call was very pleasant and polite. She listened, spoke clearly and explained what I needed. She gave me choices and reassurance.
