Apr 13,2025I have played the postcode lottery for a very long time and just recently was sent a’prize’ in the post. It was strange as the so called prize was going to cost me money?!?! I have never heard of a prize that you have to buy. I contacted them and told them I was returning it as didnt want it and had not asked for it. I wish they just hadnt done this as it does leave a sour taste

Apr 12,2025Just to raise some complaints about the quiz game they recently added. Basing this on three months of daily attempts. It's tailored for people who spent the past 40 years glued to a TV watching crap breakfast shows, sport and soap operas. It feels very alienating. They could handle this with some social responsibility and put in more school-level questions about history, art, or sciences or anything a minimum more accessible than just 24/7 crap TV
