The driver meets you right at the train station, seamless check in at the pet reception center where the driver knows much of the staff, and dropped off at the train station on the other side after the train ride. Friendly driver, comfortable car. End to end a great experience and low stress.

Sep 16,2024We just recently had Paolo drive us from Paris to London, our first time with the pups. We were so worried about all the rules, guidelines and horror stories, yet Paolo immediately put us at ease, and more importantly, followed through. Everything went off smoothly at the boarder as we listened to his directions and followed his lead. What a great experience! Sep 12,2024We had such a great experience.We traveled from CDG to Margate via leshuttle with 4 small dogs, a toddler, and 3 adults. Mira was super helpful before the big day, answering questions and making sure we had the right information for the pet paperwork for our trip. Paulo picked us up at the airport on time, we stopped about halfway to let the dogs have a little break, got through without a hitch at the pet reception and made it on to our final destination in great time. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. My sister traveled with us, and she is moving to the UK in a few months and will use the same service.

Sep 11,2024Gary picked me and my cat up from the airport in Paris and took us straight to London. He was super friendly and the ride was very smooth. We made the eurotunnel train on time and got to London earlier than I expected us to. My cat was very comfortable the entire ride. Would recommend this service to anyone looking to move with their pets!!

Sep 09,2024Mira provided full details of all the things that were going to happen before the journey which helped me fully prepare for the travel with my pet. I didn’t encounter any surprises. Kawa who drove me and my pet from Amsterdam to London was very kind and engaging. He told a lot of stuff about the route and his experience of moving pets from the last 17 years. At the pet reception in Calais, he took the lead and got all the paper work sorted without much of my involvement. I was very nervous while planning my journey with my pet from India to London but Mira and Kawa were probably the two most apt people for the job helped me and my pet by providing a tension free travel. I would highly recommend their services if someone like me is looking for relocating their pets.

There was no issues of the dog & the size of his cage , very understanding of our situation. We were kept up to date of how the journey would work & was in touch with our driver(Kevin ) who was waiting for us when we arrived at our chosen location, very helpful & professional. Sep 09,2024I found Pets Move Abroad on instagram and after making an initial enquiry via DM, I knew they were the perfect team, for my pending move from Spain to London. Mira was super friendly, professional and patient with all my questions, answering each one in detail. Her outstanding communication left me feeling in safe hands. With every move, especially abroad, there is a lot to organise, but Mira was communicative throughout, even when I was deciding on a pick up point. The team’s flexibility allowed me to find the best route possible for me and my little chihuahua/pug cross, Gypsy. I decided on Brussels to London. Pino was my driver. His communication on what’s app was also fast, polite and professional, putting my mind at ease about my pick up once I landed in Brussels. He even got me a coffee and handed it to me when I met him. He was a genuinely nice person and acknowledged Gypsy too which I liked. We had a pleasant journey and he guided me through all the steps with pet reception prior to boarding the euro tunnel. The whole process from start to finish, was smooth and efficient albeit long and overwhelming at times due to my lack of sleep from a super early flight from Malaga to Brussels. Thank you team! Sep 08,2024I was in contact with Mira about 4 months before travel. We were in different time zones, but she was responsive and answered all my questions. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to make changes a few times and she was so helpful and patient! I can’t thank her enough! Our driver Kawa was so great as well! He picked us up on time in a clean and roomy van. He made the whole process so easy and seamless. We had a long journey, but arrived safely to our home. Sophie and Mochi are very grateful for PetMovesAbroad! They were able to rest up on the drive with their parents rather than on the plane in cargo. Thanks for everything!

I was initially nervous about paying the entire fee upfront, but rest assured this is a trustworthy and reliable company.
