Sep 29,2024We were very satisfied with the service we received. The driver’s timing and driving were excellent. They picked us up on time and got us to our destination early. Even though we had a lot of luggage, they came with a large vehicle. We didn’t face any difficulties at all. The communication with Mira and the Kawa was excellent. I highly recommend traveling with this company to everyone.

Sep 29,2024I have planned to travel from France to Bristol. Since the beginning, It was really nice to chat with Mira and set all my travel details. She turned everything that seemed difficult into an easy task. Her humanized treatment to the clients is a thing and very respectful! I ensure you won't find this elsewhere. The Company management is admirable and fully trustful. I coundn't be more satisfied with the service. I have no doubts that Mira manages the best company for pet travel in the market. Super recommend!

Sep 27,2024Booking was easy with very clear instructions as to what had to be prepared before the trip. The drivers, cars were comfortable, safe and clean. The journey was carefully planned by the company, thus quick, safe and efficient with relevant stops for the dog and myself.

Sep 26,2024I had such a smooth travel from France to the UK with Pets Moves Abroad and their driver Pino! I found them on Instagram. Mira replied very promptly to my message with clear information. Pino picked me up at the Montparnasse train station and patiently waited for me although my train had 90 min delay! My cat Jasper isn’t usually at ease in car drives but to my surprise, he didn’t miaow at all during the whole drive with Pino! This says a lot about the driver 😊 Pino is a very nice and sympathetic man. We had lovely chats which made time fly! I would definitely travel with him again if I need in the future. Thanks to Pino and Pet Moves Abroad for making my move to the UK so smooth!

Mira is the nicest person ever and she helped us so much with our booking and made sure everything was sorted and explained. Our driver Kawa was so kind and sweet, he really made the ride pleasent and relaxed. The cat was calm the entire ride and we got home safely in time for dinner. Thank you so much!

I had to change my travel plans with my cat a week before needing to move from Spain to UK, Mira was quick to respond and really helpful with recommendations for the journey. The booking process was simple and I really appreciated the WhatsApp communication. We caught the train to Paris where we were met by "cat whisperer" Paulo who immediately put us at ease on the drive to Calais and made things so easy getting through the Eurotunnel, we were able to relax and enjoy the journey. After a bit of a stressful start to the trip it was great to see my cat so chilled in the car, a big thanks to Paulo for creating a calm environment for us both. If you're needing to make a journey with your pet I would definitely recommend traveling with Petmovesabroad!

After doing thorough research and reading numerous glowing reviews about Pet Moves Abroad, I decided to request a quote. Mira, my point of contact, got in touch with me promptly. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, even sharing their impressive Instagram account showcasing previous clients’ experiences. This made my decision to choose Pet Moves Abroad feel right, and it certainly was. Mira meticulously organized every detail of the trip and connected me with Simon, the driver, who provided me with clear instructions before the journey. Simon was amazing—punctual, professional, and quick to solve any problems. He promptly answered all my questions and made it incredibly easy for me to find him at the airport. His driving skills were excellent, and I could tell my cat felt relaxed and safe during the entire journey. There are several moments with Simon that truly stood out. I encountered a delay at the border due to long queues, which meant I would miss the scheduled shuttle train. Simon immediately rescheduled our appointment, easing my anxiety. He also ensured I was well-prepared, explaining what documents were needed in advance. At the pet reception for Le Shuttle, Simon handled all the paperwork and communication like a true professional, saving me time and allowing me to feel completely at ease. I knew my cat and I were in good hands. We arrived safely at my new home in London on the afternoon of September 20th, and I’m thrilled to report that my cat has already adjusted to the new environment. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and I owe much of that to Pet Moves Abroad’s excellent service. I highly recommend Pet Moves Abroad to anyone looking for top-tier pet transportation. They truly made the entire process stress-free, and I’m so grateful for their help!

I felt safe the whole time, knowing he was alert and focused. My birds were well looked after and seemed comfortable during the journey. I really appreciate the care taken with us and our pets! Sep 20,2024I don’t know where to begin, our entire experience was fabulous. Our daughter, Maddie was moving from NYC to London with her beloved cat, “Al”. Several months before the move date we began our research into how this could be done without Al being relegated to luggage compartment. This is when we first came across, “Petsmoveabroad”. I can’t remember the video I saw, but I immediately sent it to Maddie, who replied, “yes, let’s do this!”. As the date grew closer, and we secured our flights, and finalized the apartment lease, we reached out to Pets move abroad. They were great right from the start! They recommended, on my request a service that made sure Al had all the right paperwork, timed perfectly, and multiple trips to the vet ensured he was ready to go on travel day. The organization of all the details, the number of gigantic suitcases, and people did not pose any concerns. On the big day, we popped Al into his carrier, and off we went. We arrived at CDG early, gathered our bags and made our way to the arrival Hall. Simon, our driver, had sent an introductory text, again reassuring us that the vehicle would accommodate all we had, this time with a photo, so we had his contact info in hand. Even though we were early, Simon did not keeping us waiting, sent us his photo, told us clearly where to meet him and we connected immediately. Then it was off to the garage, where Simon loaded the back of the Mercedes van with skill and precision, while we, the weary travelers crawled into the van. Off we headed to London! We all slept while Simon efficiently got us to the entry office for the UK in what felt like no time at all! Simon accompanied Maddie and Al into the French side of the pet entry, and we are so glad he did, as our little Al has 2 chips and Simon suggested Al needed to be scanned more than once to locate the number to match the paperwork, which was done! Then back in the van to head to the “car/train”, keeping us. It only ON SCHEDULE, but ahead! Then it was off on the last leg to London. Again, Simon was awesome and accommodating, cheerfully making 2 stops for Maddie to finalize paperwork and pick up keys, before dropping us at our final destination. At times when I saw “nowhere possible to park”, on the crazy crowded streets of covent garden, Simon calmly pulled over and we waited for Maddie to return to the car. Last of all he helped unload those giant bags and we said goodbye. We all agree, Simon made the whole process which has potential to be a frustrating ordeal, seamless! We not only recommend petsmoveabroad, we would use them again!

We missed one of our trains and our taxi driver came and picked us up at a different location and different time than was previously planned with no stress. The driver was very nice, flexible, and communicative. Would definitely recommend if you need a pet taxi!!

Sep 30,2024The experience was simply amazing: the driver, Paulo knew exactly what to do and my dog and I felt completely safe at any given time. His driving skills were outstanding. Paulo drove us from London to Essen, Germany in less than 8 hours! Brilliant! Mira helped me with the reservation and adjusted the route to my needs. I would highly recommend Petmoversabroad to anybody who needs to be driven with their loved ones.
