Oct 02,2022Overall we had a really pleasant trip taking the taxi car from Amsterdam to High Wycombe in the UK. Mira , the pet taxi owner was very communicative through out our booking. Marcel our driver is very friendly and professional. We had a nice long chat, and gave us a few good tips for settling in the UK; he also took us to a nice stop at the local French bakery shop, to pickup some yummy pastries ! Our trip to the customs for taking our cat across border was very smooth, and even we did a have a small delay crossing the EurotĂșnnel, it was still a good experience. I highly recommend their service to anyone who wants the take their pet across borders!

Oct 02,2022Outstanding service, Mira and Patrick went above and beyond for this move. The transport involved driving my 80 year old mother and her 4 mastiff sized dogs from France to her new home in the U.K. Mira answered the multitude of questions that I had about the trip and Patrick could not have been more helpful or more kind to my mother. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sep 29,2022Thank you Mia to coordinate the order and Calvin's support on the actual 6 hours journey. The car size is big enough to accommodate our 6 big suitcases and a cat that he is very friendly and flexible on break times which helps to make the long journey more pleasant.

Sep 28,2022Booked our trip from CDG to London. Mira organised our pick up and responded promptly with all my queries and concerns prior to the trip. Paulo our lovely driver picked us up from CDG and was waiting with a sign and had sent me a picture of himself and where he was waiting which made it easier. Despite the airport being chaotic that day and Paulo having to wait longer for us he was still in a cheerful mood. He shared so much information about the Eurotunnel and the chat was good with him which made the trip enjoyable considering that we were travelling for 2 days. He always made sure we had enough stops for our doggy to do her business along the way and for us to get some food for the trip. Honestly was a good trip and would 100% recommend them as they are reliable and knowledgable. Thank you PMA. :)

Sep 27,2022Great experience! I was honestly a bit skeptical as I looked for companies, wondering if they were really legit. But Pet Moves lived up to their good ratings. My flight from the US was delayed, but Marcel was right there waiting for us. After so much effort and exhaustion getting ready and then traveling, it was beyond helpful that he knew right where to go in CDG, that he knew all the helpful comfort stops for me and my dog along the way through France, and he knew just what was needed to get through Pet Reception at the UK border. He kindly stayed in touch with my friend in the UK with updates along the way, since my US phone wasnât able to connect. The car and the drive were both comfortable. Mira was helpful with questions beforehand and Marcel during the drive. It was everything I needed! P.S. Other companies I looked into offered slightly lower rates, with some sneaky fees added if there were delays, etc. Pet Movesâs pricing was always upfront and clear and easy to book. Would certainly recommend them when traveling from the US to CDG to the UK!

Sep 24,2022I pick my pet from HK to UK. The route is direct flight to Frankfurt and take a pet taxi from Frankfurt airport to UK via Eurotunnel, which is door to door, and the journey over 12 hours. Thanks for Petmovesaboad to arrange two nice driver for me. The drivers are nice and experience. Whats a nice and unforgettable trip.

Sep 21,2022Thank you Mira and my driver Marcel for my ride with my Shiba Inu. We lost a connection flight due to strike of Lufthansa pilots and I only knew that 2 hours before my first departure flight. Called Mira and she arranged for change of route immediately to pick us up at Frankfurt instead of Belgium, which meant an extra 8 hour drive for Marcel and he almost have to leave immediate at the time we called. Glad we finally make it home after 14 hours of ride to UK. Yes at an up charge but it was worth it at the current messy flight / airport arrangement / covid / strikes situation.

Sep 21,2022The service was amazing especially we could only re-confirm the flight arrival time at Amsterdam with less than 24 hours before meet-up. Our driver, Pat, was very helpful throughout the journey. We had a total of more than 10 check-in and carry-on baggages, 2 cats in separate bags, plus a 40" kennel with a Golden Retriever, with which he could handle flawlessly. The conversation during the journey was also enjoyable. Thank you for all the arrangement, and I would absolutely recommend Pet Moves Abroad to anyone who needs such great service.

From providing quotes and planning the itinerary, the communication was swift and responsive. Mira promptly and clearly let me know the arrangements and details ahead, which definitely helped to ease the travelling stress. Paulo came and waited to receive me and my cat at the airport, and professionally advised me on the pet papers and procedures. I felt safe and relaxed with Paulo's thoughtful help. When it came time to take our nervous cat from Paris to London, Jovan was a fantastic driver and an all around great person. His insightful and funny conversation made the trip fly by and felt more like hanging out than the hassle of travel. Super easy logistics, they knew what to do at the Eurotunnel in terms of paperwork. Clean modern Mercedes Vito minibus.

Sep 12,2022My cat and I made our ways from Hong Kong to Exeter UK yesterday after a 28 hour journey. We flew to Amsterdam and were greeted by Pino, our PetMoves driver with his BMW 5 series. The land journey took us through the Eurotunnel shuttle in France and then onward to the UK. Pino was very knowledgeable and experienced in all the formalities with the border crossing and the routing. He is friendly and professional at his work. Our flight landed at 6am and Pino was there awaiting our arrival at 7am. We made good time to catch the tunnel shuttle, about 90 minutes ahead of plan, which definitely helped shorten my journey. I first made my contact with Mira at PetMoves. As I was still exploring a few options and trying to optimize the cost and time, I needed to communicate with Mira a few times across a 7 hour difference in time zones. Mira was extremely helpful in her responses amidst odd hours and her personal holiday time and got my enquiries answered. I am thankful for their personal effort in making my lengthy travel just that much easier. I would like to recommend to anyone to engage them for their service.

Sep 08,2022We started looking for a Pet Taxi just 10 days before moving with two dogs to the UK from HK via Paris. We called 2 other companies first but they said an advance booking of at least 14 days was required. I managed to find Mira through some digging online and she offered to help immediately. We kept increasing our luggage size during the last few days and she was very accommodating without extra charge. I even needed to add one more person to help handle the luggage. IT IS IMPORTANT TO LET HER KNOW ABOUT ANY INCREASE IN LUGGAGE SIZE AS IT MIGHT REQUIRE A BIGGER CAR OR VAN. We also can't praise Simon, our driver, enough. He was very courteous, considerate, and tolerant. One of the dogs was very nervous and got ill during the flight. When we collected her at the airport, she was covered in her own poop with blood(Later on she was diagnosed with gastroenteritis and her condition improved fast after treatment). The smell was unimaginably horrible even after she was briefly cleaned. Simon helped us get her into the van and put up with the smell for the entire journey of 7+ hours. He constantly tried to offer help such as locating places for us and our dogs to take a stretch. We deeply thank Mira and Simon.
