Feb 01,2025Pino collected myself my husband and my two little cats from Calais and drove us through the tunnel to Surrey. He was there waiting for us at the station and he made us feel at ease. The car he was driving was a lovely BMW and I just felt so comfortable on this trip. We got through the border quickly with no hassle. I highly recommend this company. Their quotes are fair and the service they provide is just flawless

Jan 24,2025Having a "we can do everything" approach I can’t fault this company. I exhausted so many businesses that were as useful as a chocolate teapot but found Petmovesabroad thankfully! My Bengal Tilly was made to feel comfortable, warm and as content as possible as she’s VERY vocal. But Paulo never complained once and took it in his stride. Passport control was smooth and Paulo explained every step extensively so that I had no worries due to his great experience and knowledge. Thank you for bringing Tilly and I from door to door. The journey was from the Côte d’Azur to our new UK home. The clean & comfortable vehicle all helped to make me very happy. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

He was on time, safe, and made sure that we were settled at our arrival point before leaving. Strongly recommend this service for anyone needing to move/travel with pets. Wish we had known that they will take you most any where!

My driver Pat picked me up as soon as I walked out of the airport and dropped me off exactly where I needed to be making it the easiest part of my travels. I hope to use the company again and can’t recommend them enough!!

Jan 21,2025We were picked up at London Euston and from the moment we got in the car it was wonderful. There was a car seat in there for my dog and some complementary treats too. I strapped her in comfortably with her blanket and she slept the whole way. She was extremely comfortable. Our driver Pat was very friendly and comforting. He stopped off when we needed him to for whatever we needed (toilet, drinks, food, etc. Everything went smooth and efficiently. We used the Le Shuttle to get to Calais and then finished the rest of the drive to Amsterdam and we made it in good time. I can’t thank everyone enough for how smoothly our journey went and how easy it was to book. I will definitely be using again and will be arranging our return trip soon. Thank you so much.

Jan 19,2025I cannot imagine moving abroad with my little cat without PET MOVES ABROAD. I researched the process of moving from the USA to the UK with a pet and it's complicated. There are many pet travel companies but PET MOVES ABROAD was the absolute best option by miles. The cost was much more manageable than the competitor companies and Mira and Pino made the booking process so simple. Mira answered all of my questions right away and made the process so much less confusing. I was nervous about getting my cat from Paris to London, but due to Mira and Pino's planning, it was 1000x easier than I expected. I highly, highly recommend them and if I could give 10 stars instead of 5 I would.

Jan 19,2025An amazing experience! I travelled from Colombia to France with my cat and then took the service from CDG to London. Since I booked the service, everything was fine. Always clear and precise information. Days before my journey, I was contacted confirming the details of the pick up. Tony, the driver, was waiting for us on time and kindly helped us with everything since we met at the airport. Tony is an amazing person, very gentle, the best driver. I highly recommend this service. My experience was excellent and it was the best option for arriving to the UK with our cat. We also travelled with our 4-month baby and the van had a great baby car-seat, which was very helpful ✨

Jan 18,2025It was the simplest, most comfortable and reliable way of getting back from France with my dog. The driver was friendly and competent. Even though I had the wrong documentation for crossing the channel, he drove me for 40 mins to a local vet where a got a European pet passport then back to the Eurostar customs office and onto the train. I honestly can’t recommend this service highly enough

He helped me a lot during all the trip, even helping me to solve an issue at the border pet control, taking me to a vet to get the doc I was missing. Without his precious help, I would not be able to finish my trip successfully. This company is awesome, very recommended it for anyone who's traveling with his/her pets and for those who want to have a top class stress-free experience!

Jan 15,2025Mira and my driver Simon provided an amazing service I contacted them last minute after being told by other companies they could not get me Euro tunnel tickets and I would have to wait in Paris. It wasn't a problem for pet moves abroad. After payment, I was promptly put in touch with my driver who drove to Paris the night before and was waiting to help me with my bags as soon as I landed. Simon was friendly and chatty he stopped regularly for my poodle to take breaks and was kind enough to buy me a coffee, we made really good time to London and were very comfortable after a long flight from Singapore. Mira checked my docs before we travelled and Simon knew the staff at the pet border which put me at ease. They really took a lot of the stress out of the move. I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much! I will book again!

Price, communication and organisation were excellent including guidance on pet entry requirements, best times to travel, booking the shuttle ticket, driver details, clearance at Calais and a fantastic experience with our driver. A big thank you to Mira and Tony for making this whole process completely stress-free. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

Jan 08,2025This is my second time booking with petmovesabroad. Once I texted Mira that i needed a shuttle ticket she found me one immediately even though I was travelling during a busy date and time. I couldn’t ask for a better and easy way to travel with my cats back in the UK. Simon my driver for both times , he’s very friendly and kind and made my journey even more enjoyable.

Then, I met Petmovesabroad driver, Kevin, at arrivals. He was very kind and friendly. He drove us all the way from the airport to our home in Southampton through Eurotunnel. Jan 06,2025We recently used the Pet Moves Abroad service to relocate from Rome to the UK with my miniature dachshund, Tyrion, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. While the service is an investment, it is absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and professionalism they provide. Mira, in particular, was outstanding. She was always available to answer our countless questions and made sure we had all the necessary documents prepared for Tyrion. Her guidance and support throughout the process were invaluable and truly appreciated. Our assigned driver, Paulo, was equally amazing. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He made multiple stops during the journey to ensure Tyrion could have potty breaks and stretch his legs, which made a long trip much more comfortable for us both. The journey itself was smooth, despite the distance. We were picked up from Paris CDG Airport and drove two hours to Calais, where Tyrion’s documents were thoroughly checked. From there, we took the Eurotunnel, which was quick and efficient—only 30 minutes to Folkestone. Finally, we drove another two hours to London, completing the trip seamlessly. Overall, the combination of Mira’s exceptional organizational skills and Paulo’s thoughtful care made what could have been a stressful experience truly manageable and stress-free. We highly recommend Pet Moves Abroad to anyone relocating with their pet. They made the whole process so much easier for us both and Tyrion!
