Jun 25,2021I had an issue with my shipping address and reached out but this company, but they basically responded with an “oh well”. I asked to speak with a manager but have yet to hear anything at all in the way of solutions. Not pleased at all with this customer service.

Jun 24,2021The buying experience is great but the wait on the shipment is painful. They leave with UPS but get transferred to USPS which takes an additional 5 to 7 days. If your in a hurry don't do it.

I was surprised but very pleased to find such a low price on Pharmapacks. Their shipping was free and fast too! I will definitely buy from them again. Jun 24,2021I came upon Pharmapacks on accident, but ever since I have been a repeat customer for all my drugstore needs!! I was more than pleasantly surprised, to find out they had an item that I had been looking for over 6 months, that the actual retailer no longer makes. Not only did they have that item, they had it at a very affordable price. And shipping couldn't be quicker! I ordered my things on Monday morning, and I got them this afternoon. That's only 3 days!!!! AND GOT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! Thank you Pharmapacks, I'm a customer for life?!!

Jun 24,2021They only shipped me a few of my items and I'm not sure they would've shipped the rest had I not reached out to let them know some of my order was missing. There was nothing in the package to indicate that the remaining items were still in transit. Once I notified, they shipped the remaining four items but refunded for one item that was no longer available. The size of the items ordered (although what was listed on the website) appeared much smaller (to me) in real life. I would not order from this company again.
