I was not appreciative of this site at all it didn't have a lot of options that you could do even for the tour. And it just wasn't up to par it wasn't what I liked the securus app from the jail is better than this and you can do more on it

I love this app! It helped me locate and contact my loved one as soon as I typed their name. They received my mail within a day or two and that was the fastest way to get into contact. The free trial has me hooked! Worth every penny

While this company is awesome for keeping you in touch with loved ones who are incarcerated, they like to take out more than the monthly payment owed. I believe last month I had just under $200 extra dollars taken out. Yes, Alex was able to get that straightened out and fixed, it occurs every 6-8 months, so if you plan on using this, keep an eye on your bank statements.

Would like to give 0 stars..I don't know anyone in jail or prison. I don't know why you're trying to charge my card fees that are not authorized! Never signed up for this service! How do I unsubscribe?

Do NOT trust these people with your financial information. My next billing date isn’t until august but they withdrew $35 today. I called and was told there would be an investigation, but based on the other reviews here it doesn’t seem that Pigeonly is currently equipped to manage or store financial data properly.

You have. Charged me twice for 39.99 or watevr and i have switched to the free account on 6/3/2022. And 8 was charged twice after that fk you guys. Now three times u guys are charging me a gain

Obwohl ich pigeon.ly gemeldet hatte das zuviele Abbuchungen vor genommen wurden. BUCHT die Firma weiterhin ab. Hab gerade mit der Bank telefoniert und meine Kreditkarte sperren lassen. Anders lässt es sich nicht in den Griff zu bekommen. Pigeon.ly preist sich an günstiger und besser zu sein?. Herbert Kuckartz

I was charged twice by pigeonly. Once on May 27th for $34.99, and then again on June 1st for $34.99, the actual date that I should have been charged is July 22nd. I've called twice regarding this matter and have not got anything resolved have not got my money refunded.

As far as I know my inmate received his letter. The letter was supposed to be no charge. I should have read all of the reviews before opening an account. I was charged $34.99 four times. Needless to say I called immediately to cancel this account. We’ll see how long it takes.

First I was happy To have found a service like that which I could use even from Europe. But after a while they started to debit 5 memebership fees in two weeks. They told me they would refund me after I contacted costumer support when it happens the first 2 times m. They said they would refund me the money instead they took more money from my bank account!!! I read so many bad reviews and I’m really sad that this seems to be a scam and innocent customers that want to keep in touch with their loved ones are defrauded. So I do not recommend using their services. I want my money back!!!!!!
