Jan 30,2020I bought my car from the Cardiff Branch brilliant service all round, Ron & Toby were a pleasure to deal with. They did not hound me at all when I popped in which can be really off putting when you visit a dealership. I did have a few minor niggles with the car when I picked it up from the Tonpandy branch. It was booked in straight away by Laura in after sales who dealt with my car and again her service was second to none. Overall a great experience and I will definetely be visiting Pinetree again in the future.

Mike and Steve at the Tonypandy site couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, approachable and professional from the start to finish, no hard sell involved nothing was pushed or forced and genuine advice given! They bent over backwards for me! Can’t fault the car either it’s in immaculate condition with full mot history provided! Very happy customer! I was given a great price for my old car which had definitely seen better days and I even got a free cup of coffee! Can’t fault it! Thank you

Jan 29,2020I saw my new car on autotrader, but it was in Tonypandy. Within an hour or so, it was in Bridgend for me to look at and drive. Lewis was really helpful in explaining about both the car and the buying process, which was seamless. I then dealt with Rhyanne, who was efficient and friendly whilst I completed the purchase. I was also happy (being a compliance officer) that they took their compliance obligations seriously. Rhyanne even printed off the forms I needed to transfer my number plate and Lewis put me on to a great app for temporary insurance to get me hone covered. All in all a great car and service and I would recommend the team completely. Thanks again both for your service today.

Jan 26,2020Found car online through auto trader. Went to the branch in Bridgend where car was situated. Had a look around the car an was approached by Lewis, who was helpful when asked questions about car, gave the keys to have a good look inside and to start up car. Had a test drive and decided to go for the car. Went inside and met with Mo, who then sorted all paperwork and even helped with the transfer online with personal plates. Both Lewis and Mo were great and there was no pressure from either.
