Jul 06,2022When we stumbled across Dan Gracie at Pinnacle we had more or less given up on getting a mortgage having had one door slammed in our face after another. I never understood why, as I felt we were in a good position, but it hadn’t worked out like that. Not only was it a huge relief to get the mortgage (from a mainstream lender on a very low fixed rate) but both Dan and Rhiannon were an absolute pleasure to deal with all the way through; very efficient, quick to respond, brilliant communicators - so rare these days it seems. I honestly cannot praise these guys enough!

May 20,2022Fantastic service - delivered exactly what they promised in a timely and efficient manner. The legal documents were executed via an online portal which made the whole process pain free and you knew exactly where you were via a progress bar. For a square peg in a round hole, I was surprised to be offered a remortgage soluton from a High Street lender whereby my normal adviser said they couldn't help me! Special praise due to Samantha and Gabriele - exceptional customer service is quite rare these days sadly but Pinnacle were great! Thank you!!!
